Resumo: The present work aims to investigate the legal possibility, structural viability and pertinence of the implementation of Military Judicial Police Stations within the scope of the Military Police of the State of Tocantins. To this end, a brief history of the PM's performance in investigating military crimes and the auxiliary service to justice are highlighted; analysis of the current legislation regarding the work of PJM, as well as the normative scope on the part of the Commander-General and Chief Executive regarding the creation of a body within the Corporation, furthermore, the work aims to describe the possibility or impossibility the implementation of the PJM police stations, proposing their implementation and distribution in the units that make up the PMTO's operational body. The work was developed based on bibliographic research through analysis of laws, books, websites, information from the Internal Affairs Department. At the end of the work, a conclusion is reached on the question of legitimacy, legality, possibility and opportunity for the creation of this body.

A tal efecto, se señala una breve historia de la actuación de la Policía Militar en la investigación de delitos militares y del servicio auxiliar a la Justicia; Se hace un análisis de la legislación vigente en cuanto a la labor de la Policía Judicial Militar, así como el alcance normativo por parte del Comandante General y Jefe del Ejecutivo respecto a la creación de un órgano dentro de la Corporación, además, el trabajo tiene como objetivo describir la posibilidad o imposibilidad de implementar las Comisiones de Policía Judicial Militar, proponiendo su implementación y distribución en las unidades que integran el cuerpo operativo de la PMTO. El trabajo se desarrolló a partir de la investigación bibliográfica mediante el análisis de leyes, libros, páginas de internet, información de la Oficina de Asuntos Internos. Al final del trabajo se llega a una conclusión sobre la cuestión de la legitimidad, legalidad, posibilidad y oportunidad para la creación de ese organismo.O presente trabalho tem como escopo investigar a possibilidade legal, viabilidade estrutural e pertinência da implementação de Delegacias de Polícia Judiciária Militar no âmbito da Polícia Militar do Estado do Tocantins. Para tanto, pontua-se breve histórico da atuação da PM na apuração dos crimes militares e o serviço auxiliar à Justiça; faz-se análise da legislação vigente referente aos trabalhos de Polícia Judiciária Militar, bem como o alcance normativo por parte do Comandante-Geral e Chefe do Executivo no que tange a criação de órgão dentro da Corporação, além disso, visa o trabalho descrever a possibilidade ou impossibilidade da implementação das Delegacias de Polícia Judiciária Militar, propondo sua implementação e distribuição nas unidades que compõe o corpo operacional da PMTO. O trabalho foi desenvolvido com base em pesquisa bibliográfica por meio de análise de leis, livros, páginas de internet, informações oriundas da Corregedoria-Geral.
