A study of the insertion and integration of digital technologies in a community of teachers of a Degree in Pedagogy

Resumo: The goal of paper was analyze how teachers of a Licenciatura Pedagogy Course, use the digital technologies in their pedagogical practice in graduation. We chose a qualitative research, in which the data were collected in a planning week in which the teachers had the task of socializing practices that they develop in the classroom. The analysis and systematization of the data was inspired by the Content Analysis, specifically the grouping procedures by means of themes. The results show that it was possible to understand that the knowledge regarding the different uses of digital technologies in pedagogical practices, still does not fully complement the knowledge set of the professional community of teachers, but is in the process of integration. Accordingly, it is extremely important that the institution continue investing in the continuing education of teachers, with the purpose of promoting innovations in the practices developed in the classroom.

Elegimos una investigación cualitativa, en que los datos se recopilaron en una semana de planificación en la que los maestros tenían la tarea de socializar las prácticas que desarrollan en el aula. El análisis y la sistematización de los datos se inspiraron en el Análisis de contenido, específicamente los procedimientos de agrupación por medio de temas. Los resultados muestran que fue posible comprender que el conocimiento sobre los diferentes usos de las tecnologías digitales en las prácticas pedagógicas aún no complementa completamente el conjunto de conocimientos de la comunidad profesional de docentes, pero se encuentra en proceso de integración. En este sentido, es extremadamente importante que la institución continúe invirtiendo en la educación continua de los docentes, con el propósito de promover innovaciones en las prácticas desarrolladas en el aula.Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar a utilização, por parte dos docentes, das tecnologias digitais em sua prática pedagógica em uma instituição de Ensino Superior privada, de um Curso de Licenciatura Pedagogia. Optou-se por uma investigação de cunho qualitativo, em que os dados foram coletados em uma semana de planejamento em que os docentes tiveram a tarefa de socializar práticas que desenvolvem em sala de aula. A análise e a sistematização dos dados foram inspiradas na Análise de Conteúdo, em um caráter qualitativo, especificadamente os procedimentos de agrupamentos por meio de temas. Os resultados mostram que foi possível compreender que os conhecimentos referentes aos diferentes usos das tecnologias digitais nas práticas pedagógicas, ainda não compõe em completude o conjunto de conhecimentos da comunidade profissional de docentes, mas está em processo de integração.
