Perception of graduates from the technical course in Agroecology at IFAL regarding the importance of work safety teaching

Resumo: The objective of this study was to evaluate the perception of graduates about the discipline that addresses occupational safety in the technical course in Agroecology at IFAL Campus Maragogi. The research was carried out with students who graduated from that course through the application of a questionnaire containing 15 questions and prepared through the Google Forms platform, which was submitted via email, social network, and WhatsApp with authorization from the department responsible for the academic record. The period studied was between the years 2015 to 2021. 25 questionnaires were analyzed. Most of the graduating students who answered the questionnaire showed considerable acuity regarding the topic of safety at work in the Technical Course in Agroecology. The research also revealed that the graduating students have a preventive notion regarding the risks commonly found in rural areas.

La investigación se realizó con estudiantes egresados de dicha carrera mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario de 15 preguntas elaborado a través de la plataforma Google Forms, el cual fue remitido vía correo electrónico, red social y WhatsApp con autorización del departamento responsable del expediente académico. El periodo de estudio fue entre los años 2015 a 2021. Se analizaron 25 cuestionarios. La mayoría de los graduados que respondieron el cuestionario mostraron una agudeza considerable en el tema de seguridad en el trabajo en el Curso Técnico en Agroecología. La investigación también reveló que los egresados tienen una noción prevencionista sobre los riesgos que comúnmente se encuentran en las zonas rurales.O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a percepção dos egressos sobre a disciplina que aborda a segurança do trabalho no curso técnico em Agroecologia do IFAL Campus Maragogi. A pesquisa foi realizada com alunos egressos do referido curso através da aplicação de um questionário contendo 15 perguntas e elaborado através da plataforma Google Forms o qual foi submetido via e-mail, rede social e WhatsApp mediante autorização do departamento responsável pelo registro acadêmico. O período estudado foi compreendido entre os anos de 2015 a 2021. Foram analisados 25 questionários. A maioria dos alunos egressos que respondeu o questionário apresentou uma considerável acuidade com relação ao tema de segurança do trabalho no Curso Técnico em Agroecologia.
