Resumo: | The humanities teaching at the Military School of Santa Maria is taught by teachers of different profiles, who have different characteristics and perceptions regarding their professional performance and teaching practices. From a practical point of view, the sociocultural characteristics of these different profiles in the educational space reflect in the teaching and, in this sense, it becomes important to analyze and reflect on the subject and to contribute with analyzes that aid the school management. In this article, the main objective is to obtain and analyze data that allow to describe the different characteristics of the diverse professorial profiles existing in the Military School of Santa Maria-RS and, in this way, to bring contributions to the management and for the teachers improve the humanities teaching. The methodology consisted of qualitative and quantitative documentary analysis and the application of a questionnaire to humanities teachers. It was possible to observe the importance of pedagogical, functional and pedagogical data knowledge concerning the trajectories of the teachers and, finally, to present considerations that reflect the school environment in aspects such as pedagogical knowledge, teaching experience, function performed at school, professional objectives such as form of a theoretical quantitative support for decision-making in the humanities area. |

Desde el punto de vista práctico, las características socioculturales de estos diferentes perfiles en el espacio educativo reflejan en la enseñanza y, en ese sentido, resulta importante analizar y reflexionar sobre el tema y contribuir con análisis que ayuden a la gestión escolar. En este artículo, el principal objetivo es obtener y analizar datos que permitan describir las diferentes características de los diversos perfiles docentes existentes en el Colegio Militar de Santa Maria-RS y, de esa forma, aportar contribuciones para la gestión y para el cuerpo docente perfeccionar la enseñanza de humanidades . La metodología consistió en el análisis cuantitativo documental y en la aplicación de un cuestionario dirigido a los profesores de humanidades. Se puede observar la importancia del conocimiento de datos de cuño pedagógico y funcional referentes a las trayectorias formativas de los profesores y, por último, presentar consideraciones que reflejan el ambiente escolar en aspectos como el conocimiento pedagógico, la experiencia docente, la función desempeñada en la escuela, los objetivos profesionales como forma de crear un subsidio teórico cuantitativo de apoyo a las decisiones en el área de humanidades.O ensino de humanidades no Colégio Militar de Santa Maria é ministrado por professores de diferentes perfis, que possuem características e percepções diversas quanto a sua atuação profissional e às práticas docentes. Do ponto de vista prático, as características socioculturais desses diferentes perfis no espaço educativo refletem no ensino e, nesse sentido, torna-se importante analisar e refletir sobre o tema e contribuir com análises que auxiliem a gestão escolar. Neste artigo, o principal objetivo é obter e analisar dados que permitam descrever as diferentes características dos diversos perfis docentes existentes no Colégio Militar de Santa Maria-RS e, dessa forma, trazer contribuições para a gestão e para o corpo docente aperfeiçoarem o ensino de humanidades. A metodologia consistiu na análise quali-quantitativa documental e na aplicação de um questionário dirigido aos professores de humanidades.
