Evolution and participation of the Agroamigo Program in Family Farming in the Municipality of Iguatu, State of Ceará, Brazil, from 2010 to 2015

Resumo: The creation of public policies had an important meaning in the generation of innovations, in the development and a better life condition of the families of the rural environment. As a microcredit policy, AgroAmigo was conceived in the ideal of further democratizing credit to the portion of the rural population that does not have access to banking services, contributing to the reduction of social exclusion and serving as a tool aimed at rural people in the sense to contribute to the departure of thousands of family farmers from the poverty zone and even destitution, allowing those without capital to have access to subsidized financial resources, in a targeted and participatory way. In this context, this study aimed to describe the Agroamigo program and its importance for the local economy, analyzing the evolution and functionality of this program for the development of family farming. The present work is of a basic research nature, where the objective is to generate new knowledge useful for the advancement of science and which does not demand immediate application of it. The technical procedures adopted that best contribute to the results of this research are bibliographic and documentary. According to the above, it can be concluded that the Agroamigo Program has made a significant contribution to the quality of life of families benefited through family farming, enabling small farmers to be served in their own localities so that they do not need to. moving to agencies, in addition to having specialized monitoring and guidance in rural activities.

Como política de microcrédito, AgroAmigo fue concebida en el ideal de democratizar aún más el crédito a la porción de la población rural que no tiene acceso a los servicios bancarios, contribuyendo a la reducción de la exclusión social y sirviendo como una herramienta dirigida a la población rural en el sentido Contribuir a la salida de miles de agricultores familiares de la zona de pobreza e incluso de la indigencia, permitiendo que quienes no tienen capital tengan acceso a recursos financieros subsidiados, de manera focalizada y participativa. En este contexto, este estudio tuvo como objetivo describir el programa Agroamigo y su importancia para la economía local, analizando la evolución y funcionalidad de este programa para el desarrollo de la agricultura familiar. El presente trabajo es de carácter investigativo básico, donde el objetivo es generar nuevos conocimientos útiles para el avance de la ciencia y que no demandan su aplicación inmediata. Los procedimientos técnicos adoptados que mejor aportan a los resultados de esta investigación son bibliográficos y documentales. De acuerdo con lo anterior, se puede concluir que el Programa Agroamigo ha hecho un importante aporte a la calidad de vida de las familias beneficiadas a través de la agricultura familiar, permitiendo que los pequeños agricultores sean atendidos en sus propias localidades para que no necesiten desplazarse. a las agencias, además de contar con seguimiento y orientación especializados en las actividades rurales.A criação de políticas públicas teve um significado importante na geração de inovações, no desenvolvimento e uma condição de vida melhor das famílias do meio rural. Na condição de política de microcrédito, o AgroAmigo foi concebido no ideal de democratizar ainda mais o crédito à parcela da população rural que não possui acesso aos serviçosbancários, contribuindo para a redução da exclusão social e servindo como ferramenta voltada ao homem do campo no sentido de contribuir para a saída de milhares de agricultores familiares da zona de pobreza e mesmo da indigência, permitindo  aos  sem capital, acesso a recursos financeiros subsidiados, de forma orientada e participativa. Neste contexto, este estudo objetivou descrever o programa Agroamigo e sua importância para a economia local, analisando a evolução e a funcionalidade deste programa para o desenvolvimento da agricultura familiar. O presente trabalho é de natureza de pesquisa básica, onde se objetiva gerar novos conhecimentos úteis para o avanço da ciência e que não cobram aplicação de imediato da mesma. Os procedimentos técnicos adotados que melhor contribuem com os resultados dessa pesquisa são o bibliográfico e documental.
