The content of total protein and ethereal extract of grains of soy varieties from different locals of production evaluation

Resumo: The aim of this work was having evaluated the total protein content and ethereal extract about the quality of soy grains and seeds to produce vegetable oil and bran in several varieties produced in two cities: Ilha Solteira, São Paulo state and Chapadão do Sul, Mato Grosso do Sul state, in the agricultural year 2018/19. In some samples, a template of seeds used at the seeding was also analyzed. Only one determination for each procedure and variety was done. Since there isn’t repetition per variety, the results were showed in histogram form. Because of the results obtained, it was checked that in general, the grains produced in Ilha Solteira city were displayed with the biggest contents of total protein; at the evaluated seeds in Chapadão do Sul city it was found the biggest contents of ethereal extract. Besides that, an inverse association could be observed among total protein content and oil in grains/seeds, but for the varieties TEC 7548 I, when produced in Chapadão do Sul. The varieties ANTA 82 RR and Desafio RR showed off with high levels of total protein, when sown in Ilha Solteira and Chapadão do Sul.

En algunas variedades evaluadas, una muestra de las semillas utilizadas en siembra también fue evaluada. Ha sido realizada solo una determinación para cada variedad y procedencia.  Puesto que no hay repetición por variedad, los datos han sido presentados como histogramas. En virtud de los resultados obtenidos, fue posible verificar que, de modo general, los granos producidos en Ilha Solteira presentaban los mayores contenidos de proteína total; en las semillas evaluadas em Chapadão do Sul han sido encontrados los mayores contenidos de extracto etéreo. Ha sido posible observar, igualmente, una relación inversa entre contenido de proteína total y aceite en los granos/semillas, con excepción para las variedades TEC 7548 I, cuando producida en Chapadão do Sul. Las variedades ANTA 82 RR e Desafio RR han presentado elevados contenidos de proteína total, cuando sembradas en Ilha Solteira e Chapadão do Sul.O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar os teores de proteína total e extrato etéreo dos grãos/sementes de soja, quanto à sua qualidade para produção de óleo vegetal e farelo, em diferentes variedades, produzidas em dois locais, Ilha Solteira - SP e Chapadão do Sul - MS, no ano agrícola 2018/19. Em algumas variedades avaliadas, uma amostra das sementes utilizadas na semeadura também foi avaliada. Foi realizada apenas uma determinação para cada variedade e procedência. Como não há repetição por variedade, os dados foram apresentados na forma de histogramas. Em função dos resultados obtidos, verificou-se que, de modo geral, os grãos produzidos em Ilha Solteira apresentavam os maiores teores de proteína total; nas sementes avaliadas em Chapadão do Sul encontrou-se os maiores teores de extrato etéreo. Observou-se também uma relação inversa entre teor de proteína total e óleo nos grãos/sementes, com exceção para as variedades TEC 7548 I, quando produzida em Chapadão do Sul.
