Nursing in the humanization of childbirth: an integrative literature review

Resumo: Bibliographic study that sought to identify the scientific production on humanization and nursing care for vaginal delivery. The sources were scientific articles from the database of SCIELO-Brasil and VHL, period from 2015 to 2021. We obtained as search results 15 articles that were grouped into the following thematic areas: Humanized childbirth, nursing care, and humanization of care. Data analysis pointed out that the current paradigm is centered on childbirth intervention, despite the humanization movement defending natural and physiological childbirth. it is concluded that quality care is humanized during childbirth and birth privileges respect, dignity and autonomy of women, with the rescue of women's active childbirth in the parturition process.

Las fuentes fueron artículos científicos de la base de datos de SCIELO-Brasil y BVS, período de 2015 a 2021. Se obtuvieron como resultados de búsqueda 15 artículos que se agruparon en las siguientes áreas temáticas: parto humanizado, cuidado de enfermería y humanización del cuidado. El análisis de datos mostró que el paradigma actual se centra en la intervención del parto, a pesar del movimiento de humanización que defiende el parto natural y fisiológico. Se concluye que se humaniza la atención de calidad durante el parto y el parto privilegia el respeto, la dignidad y la autonomía de la mujer, con el rescate del parto activo de la mujer en el proceso del parto.Estudo bibliográfico que buscou identificar a produção científica sobre a humanização e assistência de enfermagem ao parto normal. As fontes foram artigos científicos da base de dados da SCIELO-Brasil e BVS, período de 2015 a 2021. Obtivemos como resultados da busca 15 artigos que foram agrupados nas seguintes áreas temáticas: Parto humanizado, cuidados de enfermagem, e humanização da assistência.
