Planejamento Estratégico Situacional no ensino-aprendizado do profissional de medicina durante o Ensino Remoto Emergencial: relato de experiência

Resumo: Acute Chagas Disease presents an alarming epidemiological situation in the Northern Region of Brazil. This is mainly due to the perennial neglect of prevention and prophylaxis by social agents responsible for public health. The curricular content of the medical school of the Federal University of Pará contemplates, in the Longitudinal Axis of Comprehensive Health Care of the Individual, Family and Community, the teaching of Strategic Situational Planning in the exercise of programming actions to promote health and prevent diseases and illnesses. This experience report aimed, in a moment of Emergency Remote Teaching, to identify the importance of teaching-learning this type of strategy for medical students. During the experience in applying the simplification of the planning method proposed by Artmann (2000), there was a great adherence from the students, and it brought them closer to the formatting of an Intervention Project where the operations and actions were based on the goals of positive changes in the indicators that stated the problem, besides the protagonism in the literature review for knowledge of Acute Chagas Disease and its epidemiological surveillance. The elaboration of the program also provided the reflection on humanized care, which encouraged the students to exercise proactivity and solidarity to circumvent local problems that can hinder the work focused on the welfare of a community.

Esto se debe principalmente al perenne descuido de las formas de prevención y profilaxis por parte de los agentes sociales responsables de la salud pública. El contenido curricular de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Federal de Pará contempla, en el Eje Longitudinal de Atención Integral a la Salud del Individuo, la Familia y la Comunidad, la enseñanza de la Planificación Estratégica Situacional en el ejercicio de la programación de acciones de promoción de la salud y prevención de enfermedades y dolencias. Este relato de experiencia tuvo como objetivo, en un momento de Aprendizaje a Distancia en Emergencias, identificar la importancia de la enseñanza-aprendizaje de este tipo de estrategia para los estudiantes de medicina. Durante la experiencia en la aplicación de la simplificación del método de planificación propuesto por Artmann (2000), hubo gran adherencia de los estudiantes, así como el enfoque del formateo de un Proyecto de Intervención donde las operaciones y acciones se basaron en las metas de cambios positivos en los indicadores que enunciaban el problema, además del protagonismo en la revisión bibliográfica para el conocimiento de la enfermedad de Chagas aguda y su vigilancia epidemiológica. La elaboración del programa también proporcionó la reflexión sobre la atención humanizada, que incentivó a los alumnos a ejercer la proactividad y la solidaridad para sortear los problemas locales que pueden dificultar el trabajo dirigido al bienestar de una comunidad.A Doença de Chagas Aguda apresenta situação epidemiológica alarmante na Região Norte do Brasil. Isso se deve principalmente devido ao negligenciamento perene das formas de prevenção e de profilaxia por parte dos agentes sociais responsáveis pela saúde pública. O conteúdo curricular da escola de medicina da Universidade Federal do Pará contempla, no Eixo Longitudinal de Atenção Integral à Saúde do Indivíduo, Família e Comunidade, o ensino do Planejamento Estratégico Situacional no exercício da programação de ações de promoção da saúde e de prevenção de doenças e de agravos. Este relato de experiência teve como objetivo, em um momento de Ensino Remoto Emergencial, identificar a importância do ensino-aprendizado desse tipo de estratégia para os discentes de medicina. No decurso da vivência em aplicar a simplificação do método de planejamento proposto por Artmann (2000), ocorreu grande adesão dos discentes, bem como os aproximou da formatação de um Projeto de Intervenção onde as operações e as ações pensadas foram embasadas nas metas de alteração positiva dos indicadores que declararam o problema, além do protagonismo na revisão bibliográfica para conhecimento da Doença de Chagas Aguda e da vigilância epidemiológica desta.
