Resumo: The present work has as its theme congenital syphilis and nursing care, aiming to delimit an epidemiological profile of reported cases in the state of Paraná. Congenital syphilis is an STI that occurs through vertical transmission between mother and child during pregnancy, breastfeeding or childbirth, which can be avoided through proper treatment, efficiently guiding through nursing care. This research constitutes a quantitative, bibliographical and exploratory research, which brings the analysis of the data made available in SINAN of the notified cases of congenital syphilis from the years 2010 to 2020, bringing as a result the understanding of the problem of syphilis in the state of Paraná, which needs a careful look at the construction of campaigns and preventive interventions to change this scenario.

La sífilis congénita es una ITS que se produce por transmisión vertical entre madre e hijo durante el embarazo, la lactancia o el parto, la cual puede evitarse mediante un tratamiento adecuado, orientando de manera eficiente los cuidados de enfermería. Esta investigación constituye una investigación cuantitativa, bibliográfica y exploratoria, que trae el análisis de los datos puestos a disposición en el SINAN de los casos notificados de sífilis congénita desde los años 2010 a 2020, dando como resultado la comprensión de la problemática de la sífilis en el estado de Paraná, que necesita una mirada atenta a la construcción de campañas e intervenciones preventivas para cambiar este escenario.O presente trabalho tem como temática a sífilis congênita e a assistência em enfermagem, objetivando a delimitação de um perfil epidemiológico dos casos notificados no estado do Paraná. A sífilis congênita é uma IST que ocorre através da transmissão vertical entre a mãe e a criança durante a gestação, amamentação ou parto, que pode ser evitada através de um tratamento adequado orientando de forma eficiente por meio da assistência em enfermagem.
