Resumo: In this article, I aim to present the idea of entrepreneurial intention and contextualize the situation of teaching entrepreneurship in Portugal. With this general objective in mind, I seek to demonstrate, through bibliographic research, the institutional and legal bases and guidelines that promote the teaching of entrepreneurship in the European Union, as well as I seek to highlight some of the initiatives and projects related to the theme of entrepreneurial education in Portugal. Finally, I propose a brief reflection on entrepreneurial education in order to critically debate the relevance of such an approach and its implications as an educational project at European and Portuguese levels.

Con este objetivo general en mente, busco demostrar, a través de la investigación bibliográfica, las bases y directrices institucionales y legales que promueven la enseñanza del emprendimiento en la Unión Europea, así como también busco resaltar algunas de las iniciativas y proyectos relacionados con la tema de la educación empresarial en Portugal. Finalmente, propongo una breve reflexión sobre la educación emprendedora para debatir críticamente la relevancia de tal enfoque y sus implicaciones como proyecto educativo a nivel europeo y portugués.Neste artigo, pretendo apresentar a ideia de intenção empreendedora e contextualizar a situação do ensino do empreendedorismo em Portugal. Com esse objetivo geral em mente, busco demonstrar, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, as bases e diretrizes institucionais e legais que fomentam o ensino do empreendedorismo na União Europeia, bem como destacar algumas das iniciativas e projetos relacionados à temática da educação empreendedora em Portugal.
