Resumo: | Adolescents currently represent a significant portion of the entire world population, so investing in the health and well-being of these individuals will have positive impacts on their adult lives and future generations. The objective of the study is to report the experience of undergraduate nursing students in carrying out educational activities in health with adolescents in the community. This is a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, of the experience report type, developed by nursing students from the fourth semester of the Vale do Acaraú State University in Sobral-CE during the Interdisciplinary Practices of Teaching, Research and Extension I (PIEPE) module. I). From the seven moments guided by the nursing students, it was possible to sharpen the participants' eyes in relation to the processes experienced during adolescence, making them develop the ability to look at themselves, to know themselves, to avoid problematic situations. and to outline a promising future. With this, it is necessary for nursing to apply more educational technologies aimed at adolescents, providing health education in the territories in a playful way, categorizing an important tool in the enhancement of dialogues. |

El objetivo del estudio es relatar la experiencia de estudiantes de graduación en enfermería en la realización de actividades educativas en salud con adolescentes de la comunidad. Se trata de un estudio descriptivo, con abordaje cualitativo, del tipo relato de experiencia, desarrollado por estudiantes de enfermería del cuarto semestre de la Universidad Estadual Vale do Acaraú de Sobral-CE durante las Prácticas Interdisciplinarias de Enseñanza, Investigación y Extensión I (PIEPE) módulo.I). A partir de los siete momentos guiados por los estudiantes de enfermería, fue posible agudizar la mirada de los participantes en relación a los procesos vividos durante la adolescencia, haciéndolos desarrollar la capacidad de mirarse a sí mismos, de conocerse, de evitar situaciones problemáticas y de perfilar. un futuro prometedor. Con eso, es necesario que la enfermería aplique más tecnologías educativas dirigidas a los adolescentes, brindando educación en salud en los territorios de forma lúdica, categorizándola como una herramienta importante en la valorización de los diálogos.Os adolescentes atualmente representam uma parcela expressiva de toda a população mundial, sendo assim, investir em saúde e bem-estar desses indivíduos trará impactos positivos para suas vidas adultas e futuras gerações. O objetivo do estudo é relatar a experiência de graduandos de enfermagem na realização de ações educativas em saúde junto a adolescentes da comunidade. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa, do tipo relato de experiência, desenvolvido por acadêmicos de enfermagem do quarto semestre da Universidade Estadual Vale do Acaraú em Sobral-CE durante o módulo Práticas Interdisciplinares de Ensino, Pesquisa e Extensão I (PIEPE I). A partir dos sete momentos guiados pelos acadêmicos de enfermagem, pôde-se aguçar o olhar dos participantes em relação aos processos vivenciados durante a adolescência, fazendo com que os mesmos desenvolvessem a capacidade de olhar para si mesmo, de se autoconhecer, de evitar situações problemáticas e de traçar um futuro promissor.
