The relationship between a Psychosocial Care Center and the families of users of the service: family members' perception

Resumo: The objective was to describe the relationship between workers in a Psychosocial Care Center and the family of users of this service, from the perspective of family members. It is a qualitative, exploratory-descriptive research, carried out in a Psychosocial Care Center. Five main family caregivers participated, based on semi-structured interviews, carried out from October to November 2018. Data analysis was performed using the Thematic Content Analysis technique. The analysis resulted in two thematic categories: The construction of family - service bonds; and The family, the user and the benefits of the Psychosocial Care Center. Among the aspects mentioned by the interviewees, a relationship permeated by the bonds built was highlighted. Strategies that enable the construction of bonds with the service were identified in the reports of the main caregivers, which are, the welcoming, the qualified listening during the service, the opportunity to insert family members in the development of therapeutic workshops and meetings with the team and meeting the demands of caregivers, the active search and the realization of the family group. Furthermore, the relationship was built based on dialogue, and based on welcoming, qualified listening and establishing a bond with the family.

Se trata de una investigación cualitativa, exploratoria-descriptiva, realizada en un Centro de Atención Psicosocial. Participaron cinco cuidadores familiares principales, a partir de entrevistas semiestructuradas, realizadas de octubre a noviembre de 2018. El análisis de los datos se realizó mediante la técnica de Análisis Temático de Contenido. El análisis resultó en dos categorías temáticas: La construcción de lazos de servicio familiar; y La familia, el usuario y los beneficios del Centro de Atención Psicosocial. Entre los aspectos mencionados por los entrevistados, se destacó una relación permeada por los vínculos construidos. Las estrategias que posibilitan la construcción de vínculos con el servicio fueron identificadas en los informes de los principales cuidadores, que son, la acogida, la escucha calificada durante el servicio, la oportunidad de insertar a los familiares en el desarrollo de talleres terapéuticos y reuniones con el equipo y atendiendo las demandas de los cuidadores, la búsqueda activa y la realización del grupo familiar. Además, la relación se construyó a partir del diálogo y la acogida, la escucha calificada y el establecimiento de un vínculo con la familia.Objetivou-se descrever a relação entre os trabalhadores de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial e a família dos usuários deste serviço, sob a perspectiva dos familiares. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, exploratória-descritiva, realizada em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial. Participaram cinco familiares cuidadores principais, a partir de entrevistas semiestruturadas, realizadas no período de outubro a novembro de 2018. A análise dos dados se deu por meio da técnica Análise Temática de Conteúdo. A análise resultou em duas categorias temáticas: A construção de vínculos família - serviço; e A família, o usuário e os benefícios do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial. Dentre os aspectos mencionados pelos entrevistados, destacou-se uma relação permeada pelos vínculos construídos. Identificou-se nos relatos dos cuidadores principais, estratégias que possibilitam a construção de vínculos com o serviço, sendo estas, o acolhimento, a escuta qualificada durante o atendimento, a oportunidade de inserção dos familiares no desenvolvimento das oficinas terapêuticas e reuniões com a equipe e atendimento às demandas dos cuidadores, a busca ativa e a realização do grupo de familiares.
