The importance of disseminating basic knowledge of administrative law applied to administrative technicians in education: conscious administrative practice

Resumo: | This bibliographical research problematizes administrative practices developed by civil servants occupying positions of the Administrative Technician in Education career at the Federal Institute of Alagoas who have administrative law as a basis, linked to other transversal themes. Our research question asks whether through the promotion of knowledge of administrative law it is possible to provide internal operational and social transformations to overcome existing administrative operational mistakes. The main objective is to reflect on whether the assimilation of basic knowledge of administrative law will provide a better development of administrative practices and will contribute to the construction of critical knowledge about the area, the attributions of their positions and the sector, provoking reflections and changes in individual and of the teams. The results point to the contributions that the omnilateral training of civil servants provides for their professional self-recognition, generating a positive impact in the finalistic area; Teaching, Research and Extension; of the institution, considering that it needs the groundwork carried out by the technical teams to achieve the best development of the core activity. |

Nuestra pregunta de investigación se pregunta si a través de la promoción del conocimiento del derecho administrativo es posible proporcionar transformaciones operativas y sociales internas para superar los errores operativos administrativos existentes. El objetivo principal es reflexionar sobre si la asimilación de conocimientos básicos de derecho administrativo propiciará un mejor desarrollo de las prácticas administrativas y contribuirá a la construcción de conocimientos críticos sobre el área, las atribuciones de sus cargos y el sector, provocando reflexiones y cambios. en lo individual y de los equipos. Los resultados apuntan a los aportes que la formación omnilateral de los servidores públicos brinda para su autorreconocimiento profesional, generando un impacto positivo en el área finalista; Docencia, Investigación y Extensión; de la institución, considerando que necesita del trabajo de base realizado por los equipos técnicos para lograr el mejor desarrollo de la actividad principal.Esta pesquisa bibliográfica problematiza práticas administrativas desenvolvidas por servidoras/es ocupantes de cargos da carreira de Técnico Administrativo em Educação do Instituto Federal de Alagoas que tenham o direito administrativo como base, atrelado a outros temas transversais. Nossa pergunta de pesquisa questiona se por meio do fomento do conhecimento do direito administrativo é possível proporcionar transformações operacionais e sociais internas para a superação de equívocos operacionais administrativos existentes. O objetivo principal é refletir se a assimilação dos conhecimentos básicos do direito administrativo proporcionará um melhor desenvolvimento das práticas administrativas e contribuirá para a construção de conhecimentos críticos sobre a área, as atribuições de seus cargos e do setor, provocando reflexões e mudanças de comportamento individual e das equipes.
