Characterization of “School of Waters”: literature review and perspectives for research

Resumo: | The present study develops a reflection on the characterization of the School of Waters in the region of Mato Grosso do Sul and highlights the importance of systematizing discussions on pedagogical and management aspects of this context. The study is of a qualitative nature with characteristics of a literature review. Three databases were used: CAPES Thesis and Dissertations Catalog, CAPES Journals Portal and Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), the discussions in this text presented are based on articles, dissertations and theses, with a time frame in the last few ten years (2010-2020). According to the searches, it can be seen that the community that lives on the banks of the rivers is influenced by changes in nature, in relation to river floods and droughts, which impact the routine of schools, while children in these regions are known to help their parents with work. In total, 6 studies were identified that investigated the context of the Schools of Waters in the pedagogical and administrative dimensions. In short, there was an increase in studies that deal with the theme, which points to the need to enhance research in order to provide improvements for the communities that live on the banks of rivers and their tributaries. |

El estudio es de carácter cualitativo con características de revisión de la literatura. Se utilizaron tres bases de datos: Catálogo de Tesis y Disertaciones CAPES, Portal de Revistas CAPES y Biblioteca Electrónica Científica en Línea (SciELO), las discusiones en este texto presentado se basan en artículos, disertaciones y tesis, con un marco temporal en los últimos diez años (2010-2020). De acuerdo con las búsquedas, se puede observar que la comunidad que vive en las riberas de los ríos es influenciada por cambios en la naturaleza, en relación a las crecidas de los ríos y las sequías, que impactan la rutina de las escuelas, mientras que los niños de estas regiones son conocidos por ayudar a sus padres con el trabajo. En total, se identificaron seis estudios que investigaron el contexto de las Escuelas de las aguas en las dimensiones pedagógica y administrativa. En definitiva, se incrementaron los estudios que abordan el tema, lo que apunta a la necesidad de potenciar la investigación con el fin de brindar mejoras a las comunidades que habitan las riberas de los ríos y sus afluentes.O presente estudo desenvolve uma reflexão sobre a caracterização das Escolas das Águas na região sul-mato-grossense e evidencia a importância da sistematização de discussões sobre aspectos pedagógicos e de gestão desse contexto. O estudo é de cunho qualitativo com características de uma revisão de literatura. Recorreu-se a três bases de dados: Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações CAPES, Portal de Periódicos da CAPES e Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), as discussões neste texto apresentadas sustentam-se em artigos, dissertações e teses, com recorte temporal nos últimos dez anos (2010-2020). De acordo com as buscas, pode-se perceber que a comunidade que vive às margens dos rios sofre influências em função das mudanças da natureza, com relação a cheias e secas dos rios, que impactam a rotina das as escolas, enquanto as crianças dessas regiões são conhecidas por ajudar os seus pais no trabalho. No total, foram identificados seis estudos que investigaram o contexto das “Escolas das Águas” nas dimensões pedagógica e administrativa.
