Use of the Portfolio as an assessment tool for learning in higher education in remote classes: opportunity and challenges

Resumo: This research aimed to evaluate the opportunities and challenges of using the Portfolio for evaluation in higher education, especially in the remote context at the end of the semester of activities of the Research Group Educational Paradigms and Teacher Training, from the Theory and Practice line Pedagogy in teacher training. The objective was to evaluate the opportunities and/or challenges of using portfolio assessment in higher education, especially in the application of remote teaching. Having as a problem: How to think about the evaluation of the learning of higher education students, in the face of a global pandemic, who started to have their academic activities carried out remotely? It is qualitative research of the research-training type. The group consisted of 8 doctoral university professors and 2 mediating doctoral professors from a large private university. Four responded to the questionnaire used to collect data for the research. The results were positive, as even the challenges were recognized as helping the group's growth and learning.

El objetivo fue evaluar las oportunidades y/o desafíos del uso de la evaluación de carpetas en la educación superior, especialmente en la aplicación de la enseñanza a distancia. Teniendo como problema: ¿Cómo pensar la evaluación de los aprendizajes de los estudiantes de educación superior, ante una pandemia mundial, que pasaron a realizar sus actividades académicas a distancia? Es una investigación cualitativa del tipo investigación-formación. El grupo estaba formado por 8 profesores universitarios doctores y 2 profesores doctores mediadores de una gran universidad privada. Cuatro respondieron al cuestionario utilizado para recolectar datos para la investigación. Los resultados fueron positivos, ya que incluso los desafíos fueron reconocidos como una ayuda para el crecimiento y el aprendizaje del grupo.Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo avaliar as oportunidades e os desafios da utilização do Portfólio para avaliação na educação superior, de forma especial, no contexto remoto ao término do semestre de atividades do Grupo de pesquisa Paradigmas Educacionais e Formação de Professores, da linha Teoria e Prática Pedagógica na formação de professores. O objetivo foi avaliar as oportunidades e ou desafios da utilização de avaliação por portfólio na educação superior, de forma especial, na aplicação do ensino remoto. Tendo como problema: Como pensar a avaliação da aprendizagem de estudantes do ensino superior, frente a uma pandemia mundial, que passaram a ter suas atividades acadêmicas realizadas de forma remota?  Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa do tipo pesquisa-formação. O grupo composto por 8 professores universitários doutorandos e 2 professoras doutoras mediadoras, de uma Universidade particular de grande porte. Quatro responderam ao questionário utilizado para recolher os dados para a pesquisa.
