Program taking care of the master: the perception of teachers of the public network in the municipality of Sobral-CE

Resumo: Vocal health is considered an important factor in the health and quality of life of teaching professionals who use the voice as a work tool. Educational actions allow strengthening health promotion, always highlighting preventive aspects for good vocal quality. In this perspective, this study was aimed at analyzing the perception of teachers about the Program Taking care of the Master, developed in municipal schools in Sobral-CE. Qualitative research was used as the most appropriate approach, and action research as a methodological path. The research universe consisted of eight permanent active teachers in the Municipal Public Teaching System of Sobral, who participated in all the workshops of the program Taking care of the Master. The data were obtained through semi-structured interviews conducted with the teachers participating in the research, and the content analysis was anchored in the thematic analysis. The results confirmed that the program Taking care of the Master enabled major changes in the perception of teachers about vocal health. Therefore, it is essential to implement courses, lectures and workshops, consultations with the aim of developing the vocal knowledge of the teacher as a requirement for his/her health.

Las acciones educativas permiten fortalecer la promoción de la salud, señalando siempre los aspectos preventivos para una buena calidad vocal. En esa perspectiva, este estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar la percepción de los profesores sobre el programa Cuidando del Maestro, desarrollado en las escuelas municipales de Sobral-CE. Se utilizó la investigación cualitativa como el enfoque más adecuado, y la investigación acción como camino metodológico. El universo de la investigación estuvo compuesto por ocho profesores permanentes actuantes en el Sistema de Enseñanza Pública Municipal de Sobral, que participaron de todos los talleres del programa Cuidando del Maestro. Los datos fueron obtenidos mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas con los profesores participantes de la investigación, y el análisis de contenido fue anclado en el análisis temático. Los resultados confirmaron que el programa Cuidando del Maestro permitió cambios importantes en la percepción de los profesores sobre la salud vocal. Por lo tanto, es fundamental implementar cursos, charlas, talleres y consultas con el objetivo de desarrollar el conocimiento vocal del profesor como requisito para su salud.A saúde vocal é considerada um fator importante na saúde e qualidade de vida dos profissionais docentes que utilizam a voz como instrumento de trabalho, as ações educativas permitem fortalecer a promoção da saúde, apontando sempre os aspectos preventivos para uma boa qualidade vocal. Nesta perspectiva, este estudo teve como objetivo analisar a percepção dos professores acerca do Programa Cuidando do Mestre desenvolvido nas escolas municipais de Sobral-CE. Utilizou-se da pesquisa qualitativa como abordagem mais adequada, e como caminho metodológico a pesquisa-ação. O universo da pesquisa foi composto por 8 professores em exercício, efetivos, no Sistema Público Municipal de Ensino de Sobral, que participaram de todas as oficinas do Programa Cuidando do Mestre. Os dados foram obtidos, através da entrevista semi-estruturada realizada com os professores participantes da pesquisa e a análise do conteúdo ancorou-se, na análise temática. Os resultados confirmaram que, o Programa Cuidando do Mestre, possibilitou grandes mudanças na percepção dos professores acerca da saúde vocal.
