Health education actions related to the biopsychosocial context and quality of life of university students in times of COVID-19: experience report

Resumo: | Objective: To report health education actions related to the biopsychosocial context and quality of life of university students. Methodology: This is an experience report, developed with students from a community university. For the development of health education actions, an action plan was first carried out, based on the five stages of the nursing process. Results and Discussion: A health education action was developed, aimed at increasing students' perception of how to prevent psychosocial disorders, in addition to seeking to provide aspects for an improvement in their quality of life. The educational materials developed were named: How to maintain mental health in a period of social isolation; Food for a healthy life; Physical activity: practice this idea; and Strengthening your self-esteem. Final considerations: Educational actions related to the biopsychosocial context have the role of promoting the health of undergraduate students, minimizing stressors, in addition to contributing to the improvement of quality of life. |

Metodología: Se trata de un relato de experiencia, desarrollado con estudiantes de una universidad comunitaria. Para el desarrollo de las acciones de educación en salud, primero se realizó un plan de acción, basado en las cinco etapas del proceso de enfermería. Resultados y Discusión: Se desarrolló una acción de educación en salud, dirigida a aumentar la percepción de los estudiantes sobre cómo prevenir los trastornos psicosociales, además de buscar brindar aspectos para una mejoría en su calidad de vida. Los materiales educativos desarrollados se denominaron: Cómo mantener la salud mental en un período de aislamiento social; Alimentos para una vida sana; Actividad física: practica esta idea; y Fortalecimiento de su autoestima. Consideraciones finales: Las acciones educativas relacionadas con el contexto biopsicosocial tienen el papel de promover la salud de los estudiantes de graduación, minimizando los estresores, además de contribuir para la mejoría de la calidad de vida.Objetivo: Relatar as ações de educação em saúde relacionado ao contexto biopsicossocial e qualidade de vida de estudantes universitários. Metodologia: Trata-se de um relato de experiência, desenvolvido com estudantes de uma universidade comunitária. Para o desenvolvimento das ações de educação em saúde, primeiramente foi realizado um plano de ação, baseado nas cinco etapas do processo de enfermagem. Resultados e Discussão: Foi desenvolvida uma ação de educação em saúde, voltada ao aumento da percepção dos estudantes sobre como prevenir os transtornos psicossociais, além de buscar propiciar aspectos para que houvesse uma melhora em sua qualidade de vida. Os materiais educativos desenvolvidos foram nomeados: Como manter a saúde mental em período de isolamento social; Alimentação para uma vida saudável; Atividade física: pratique esta ideia; e Fortalecendo sua autoestima.
