O adoecimento docente: análise do perfil de afastamento laboral na divisão distrital da zona centro-sul da secretaria municipal de educação em Manaus-Am/Brasil

Resumo: | The teaching professional has, in his work environment, a place that sometimes presents itself as a wear factor, both physical and psychological. In this sense, constant interpersonal relationships and task overload are observed as conditioning factors. In addition, the precariousness with which they perform their functions demonstrates the psychophysical deterioration that results in the many cases of stress and illness among these professionals. In this light, this study has as main objective: to analyze the cases of teacher illness, from the analysis of the profile of absence from work, in the District Division of the Center-South Zone, of the Municipal Department of Education, in Manaus, Amazonas. Therefore, research was carried out using a quali-quantitative methodology, which aimed to analyze the situation of sick leave of teachers linked to the District Division Zona Centro-Sul, of the Municipal Department of Education, in Manaus, from 2017 to 2019. In addition, the absence rates that occurred each year were verified, the average time of absence, considering aspects such as CID, gender and work function, the identification of the main CIDs that led to the removal of professors from their activities was also carried out. labor and which were supported by a medical report. Regarding the reality investigated in the DDZ Centro-Sul, from SEMED/Manaus, it was noticed that teachers dispensed with sick leave or even postponed surgeries to end the school year. These professionals put their health in the background, often causing more wear and tear and stress. |

Nesse sentido, observam-se como condicionantes, a constante relação interpessoal e a sobrecarga de tarefas. Além disso, a precariedade com a qual realizam suas funções demonstra a deterioração psicofísica que resulta nos muitos casos de estresse e adoecimento entre esses profissionais. Sob este prisma, este estudo tem como objetivo principal: analisar os casos de adoecimento docente, a partir da análise do perfil de afastamento laboral, na Divisão Distrital da Zona Centro-Sul, da Secretaria Municipal de Educação, em Manaus, Amazonas. Sendo assim, foi realizada pesquisa por meio de metodologia quali-quantitativa, que objetivou analisar o quadro de afastamento por adoecimento de docentes vinculados à Divisão Distrital Zona Centro-Sul, da Secretaria Municipal de Educação, em Manaus, no período de 2017 a 2019. Além disso, foram verificados os índices de afastamentos ocorridos a cada ano, a média de tempo de afastamento, considerando aspectos como CID, sexo e função laboral, também foi realizada a identificação de quais os principais CIDs que levaram ao afastamento dos docentes de suas atividades laborais e que estavam respaldados com laudo médico. No tocante à realidade averiguada na DDZ Centro-Sul, da SEMED/Manaus, percebeu-se que professores dispensavam licenças de saúde ou mesmo adiavam cirurgias para finalizar o ano letivo. Esses profissionais deixavam sua saúde em segundo plano, provocando, muitas vezes, mais desgaste e estresse.El profesional de la docencia tiene, en su ambiente de trabajo, un lugar que en ocasiones se presenta como un factor de desgaste, tanto físico como psíquico. En este sentido, se observan como condicionantes las relaciones interpersonales constantes y la sobrecarga de tareas. Además, la precariedad con la que desempeñan sus funciones demuestra el deterioro psicofísico que provocan los numerosos casos de estrés y enfermedad de estos profesionales. En ese sentido, este estudio tiene como principal objetivo: analizar los casos de enfermedad docente, a partir del análisis del perfil de ausencia al trabajo, en la División Distrital de la Zona Centro-Sur, de la Secretaría Municipal de Educación, en Manaus, Amazonas. Por lo tanto, se llevó a cabo una investigación utilizando una metodología cuali-cuantitativa, que tuvo como objetivo analizar la situación de la licencia por enfermedad de los profesores vinculados a la División Distrital Zona Centro-Sul, de la Secretaría Municipal de Educación, en Manaus, de 2017 a 2019. Además, se verificaron los índices de ausentismo que ocurrían cada año, el tiempo promedio de ausentismo, considerando aspectos como CID, género y función laboral, también se realizó la identificación de los principales CID que propiciaron la baja de los docentes de sus actividades. trabajo de parto y que fueron respaldados por un informe médico.
