Bioethics and legal horizons in Human Rights in the transvisory process of children anda adolescents in Brazil

Resumo: The process of transsexualization in children and adolescents represents a social anathema that develops from early diagnoses, bumping into medical, ethical and legal issues. Thus, the present study analyzes the legislation aimed at the care of transgender individuals in Brazil, as well as analyzes the fourth generation of human rights and bioethics in light of the moral philosophy of transexualizing therapies and therapies for children and adolescents. In the end, the theory of gender is commented on according to concepts amplified by the media, as opposed to the Crip and Queerness Theory, currently in diffusion.

Así, la presente investigación realiza un análisis de las legislaciones orientadas al cuidado a los individuos transexuales en Brasil, así como analiza la cuarta generación de derechos humanos y la bioética a la luz de la filosofía moral de tratamientos y terapias transexualizadoras para niños y adolescentes. Al final, es comentada la teoría de género según conceptos amplificados por los medios, en contraposición a la Teoría Crip y Queerness, actualmente en difusión.O transexualizador em crianças e adolescentes representa um anátema social que se desenvolve a partir dos diagnósticos precoces, esbarrando em questões médicas, éticas e legais. Assim sendo, a presente pesquisa objetiva analisar as legislações voltadas para o cuidado aos indivíduos transexuais no Brasil, bem como analisar a quarta geração de direitos humanos e a bioética à luz da filosofia moral de tratamentos e terapias transexualizadores para crianças e adolescentes, por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, de caráter explicativa, através do método comparativo-investigativo.
