Resumo: Hospital malnutrition affects negatively in the treatment of the cure of pathologies that can lead to the quality of life of hospitalized individuals. The importance of adequate nutrition for these patients guarantees not only the improvement of the clinical picture but also the restoration of the patient's well-being. The aim of the study was to investigate the comparison of nutritional screening methods in hospitalized patients using questionnaires. In addition to performing anthropometry to identify possible nutritional risks and hospital malnutrition. The screening methods may subjectively indicate some deficiencies of nutrients that may lead to an alleged malnutrition. This research was conceived from nutritional screening methods (Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool, Nutrition Risk Screening 2002 and Subjective Global Assessment) in hospitalized patients, based on scientific studies on these devices in order to preserve the life guarantee and evolution of research on hospital malnutrition. The NRS 2002 if presented more completely than other methods but the methods were of results next. Hospitals must standardize effective and cheap methods of rapid application for inpatients.

La importancia de una nutrición adecuada para estos pacientes garantiza no sólo la mejora del cuadro clínico sino también el restablecimiento del bienestar del paciente. El objetivo del estudio fue investigar la comparación de métodos de cribado nutricional en pacientes hospitalizados mediante cuestionarios. Además de realizar antropometría para identificar posibles riesgos nutricionales y de desnutrición hospitalaria. Los métodos de detección pueden señalar subjetivamente algunas deficiencias de nutrientes que pueden conducir a una supuesta desnutrición. Esta investigación fue concebida a partir de métodos de tamizaje nutricional (Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool, Nutrition Risk Screening 2002 y Global Subjective Assessment) en pacientes hospitalizados, con base en referencias en estudios científicos sobre estos dispositivos con el fin de preservar la garantía de vida y evolución de la investigación en hospitales. desnutrición. O objetivo do estudo foi investigar a comparação de métodos de triagem nutricional em pacientes hospitalizados por meio dos questionários. Além de realizar antropometria para identificar possíveis riscos nutricionais e desnutrição hospitalar. Os métodos de triagem podem assinalar de forma subjetiva algumas deficiências de nutrientes que podem acarretar numa suposta desnutrição. Esta pesquisa foi idealizada a partir de métodos de triagem nutricional (Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool, Nutrition Risk Screening 2002 e Avaliação Subjetiva Global) em pacientes hospitalizados, com base de referências em estudos científicos sobre estes artifícios com o intuito de preservar a garantia de vida e evolução das pesquisas sobre a desnutrição hospitalar. A NRS 2002 se apresentou mais completa que os demais métodos, todavia os métodos foram de resultados próximos.
