Professional Education between the 30's and 90's: a history of subordination to productive processes in the Brazilian context

Resumo: Between the 1930s and 1990s, the years of Brazilian capitalist development, a series of changes in the organization of Brazilian society began. This article intends to analyze, from a historical perspective, the construction of the educational apparatus in the context of state industrialism, as well as the consolidation of the duality between propaedeutic and professional education, arising from this process. For the development of the present study, the qualitative approach was chosen, using the bibliographic research. For the bibliographic survey were selected different sources that could corroborate with a critical analysis of our object of study, namely: Professional Education in the Brazilian context. Thus, we present the History of Professional Education in Brazil, seeking to reflect on the relationship of the historical-economic context with the formation of the workforce. Finally, it is concluded that throughout Brazilian history, professional education reflects the power relations of a class-divided society, in which the exercise of intellectual and managerial functions is attributed to the elite and the exercise of operational and manual functions. to the working classes

Este artículo pretende analizar, desde una perspectiva histórica, la construcción del aparato educativo en el contexto del industrialismo estatal, así como la consolidación de la dualidad entre la educación propedéutica y profesional, derivada de este proceso. Para el desarrollo del presente estudio, se eligió el enfoque cualitativo, utilizando la investigación bibliográfica. Para la encuesta bibliográfica se seleccionaron diferentes fuentes que podrían corroborar con un análisis crítico de nuestro objeto de estudio, a saber: Educación profesional en el contexto brasileño. Así, presentamos la Historia de la Educación Profesional en Brasil, buscando reflexionar sobre la relación del contexto histórico-económico con la formación de la fuerza laboral. Finalmente, se concluye que a lo largo de la historia brasileña, la educación profesional refleja las relaciones de poder de una sociedad dividida en clases, en la que el ejercicio de las funciones intelectuales y gerenciales se atribuye a la élite y el ejercicio de las funciones operativas y manuales. a las clases trabajadoras.No período entre os anos 30 e 90, anos do desenvolvimento capitalista brasileiro, iniciou-se uma série de mudanças na organização da sociedade brasileira. Este artigo pretende analisar, sob uma perspectiva histórica, a construção do aparato educacional no contexto do industrialismo pelo Estado, bem como a consolidação da dualidade entre a educação propedêutica e a educação profissional, advinda desse processo. Para o desenvolvimento do presente estudo, foi escolhida a abordagem qualitativa, utilizando-se da pesquisa bibliográfica. Para o levantamento bibliográfico foram selecionamos diferentes fontes que pudessem corroborar com uma análise crítica de nosso objeto de estudo, qual seja:  a Educação Profissional no contexto brasileiro.  Deste modo, apresenta-se o Histórico da Educação Profissional no Brasil, buscando refletir sobre a relação do contexto histórico-econômico com a formação da força de trabalho.
