Resumo: Hearing loss or deafness is one of the main physical disabilities found in the world population and in Brazil. From the inclusive perspective, there has been, for some decades, greater compliance with norms, guidelines and public policies for inclusion in the school environment, especially in higher education, which also aims to ensure professional and labor market inclusion, improving aspects such as accessibility and evaluation in that context. With the justification of the need to highlight the right to school inclusion of deaf people in higher education, as well as the accessibility promoted and the evaluation process, the study aims to analyze and highlight this correlated theme. For this purpose, exploratory and descriptive bibliographic research of a qualitative nature was used. The research was carried out in a virtual environment, in reliable databases, with published scientific articles and also includes virtual environments for studies and research in Law for theoretical basis, as well as in Laws and in the Federal Constitution of the Republic, Decrees. An analytical reading was carried out and the main aspects highlighted. The textual production was elaborated in three correlated titles: Deafness, prejudice, education and insertion; Law of people with hearing impairments or deafness; and Accessibility and evaluation. The author expressed his impressions as well as the conclusions in the Final Considerations.
