For this purpose, exploratory and descriptive bibliographic research of a qualitative nature was used. The research was carried out in a virtual environment, in reliable databases, with published scientific articles and also includes virtual environments for studies and research in Law for theoretical basis, as well as in Laws and in the Federal Constitution of the Republic, Decrees. An analytical reading was carried out and the main aspects highlighted. The textual production was elaborated in three correlated titles: Deafness, prejudice, education and insertion; Law of people with hearing impairments or deafness; and Accessibility and evaluation. The author expressed his impressions as well as the conclusions in the Final Considerations. |
