Nursing consultation in the context of Primary Health Care: Experience report

Resumo: The nursing consultation (EC) has the capacity to understand and provide answers to the client's complications, based on a scientific knowledge of disciplines that also emphasize human relationships. During the consultation, there is an opportune space for the development of care actions, in which the nurse has the possibility to listen to the demands, make a thorough assessment of the physical and psycho-emotional health conditions, to know the user more deeply and to guide. The objective of this work is to report the experience of nurses on the importance of carrying out the nursing consultation in the Family Health Strategy (FHS). The work is an experience report of the professional nurses, the nursing consultations took place in a FHS located in a small city in the Central region of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, and involved the entire population registered in the area in the FHS. The realization of the EC is based on the principles of universality, equity, resolution and integrality, and effective as a process in the practice of nursing to preserve an adequate and qualified care model, for the conditions of the population's health needs.

Durante la consulta existe un espacio oportuno para el desarrollo de acciones de cuidado, en el cual el enfermero tiene la posibilidad de escuchar las demandas, realizar una valoración profunda de las condiciones de salud física y psicoemocional, conocer más profundamente al usuario y orientar. El objetivo de este trabajo es dar a conocer la experiencia de los enfermeros sobre la importancia de realizar la consulta de enfermería en la Estrategia Salud de la Familia (ESF). El trabajo es un relato de experiencia de las enfermeras profesionales, las consultas de enfermería se llevaron a cabo en una ESF ubicada en una pequeña ciudad de la Región Central del Estado de Rio Grande do Sul, e involucraron a toda la población registrada en el área en la ESF. La realización de la CE se fundamenta en los principios de universalidad, equidad, resolución e integralidad, y como proceso efectivo en la práctica de la enfermería para preservar un modelo de atención adecuado y calificado, a las condiciones de las necesidades de salud de la población. A consulta de enfermagem (CE) tem capacidade de compreender e dar respostas às complicações do cliente, baseada em um saber científico de disciplinas que salientam também as relações humanas. Encontra-se durante a consulta um espaço oportuno para o desenvolvimento das ações de cuidado, na qual o enfermeiro tem a possibilidade de ouvir as demandas, fazer uma minuciosa avaliação das condições de saúde físicas e psicoemocionais, conhecer mais profundamente o usuário e orientar. O objetivo deste trabalho é relatar a experiência de enfermeiras sobre a importância da realização da consulta de enfermagem na Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF). O trabalho trata-se de um relato de experiência das profissionais enfermeiras, as consultas de enfermagem ocorreram ESF localizado em um município de pequeno porte na região Central do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, e envolveram toda população cadastrada na área na ESF.
