Teacher training: construction of knowledge, dilemmas and challenges

Resumo: This article aims to know the contribution of the academy to the teaching course focusing on the dilemmas and challenges of teachers who experience the profession in the early years of basic education. The authors who support the study discuss teacher training involving teacher knowledge, initial and vocational training, professional dilemmas, reflexive teacher and professional identity. The methodology used was the Training Narratives, which works punctually with personal and collective paths of educators. The results showed that the interviewed subjects, when coming in contact with the theoretical contributions and with the stage, experienced difficulties that extended until the beginning of their career. However, living together in a collaborative environment of learning and exchanging experiences, gradually instrumented them to face the challenges inherent in the profession. Therefore, the results pointed out that the subjects are aware of the challenges of the profession and realize the importance of the reflection on the practice so that it reaches the meanings of its profession and sees itself as producer of knowledge as agent of human interactions.

Los autores que sostienen el estudio discuten sobre formación de profesores que involucran conocimientos docentes, formación inicial y profesional, dilemas de la profesión, profesor reflexivo e identidad profesional. La metodología utilizada fue las Narrativas de Formación, que trabaja puntualmente con recorridos personales y colectivos de educadores. Los resultados apuntaron que los sujetos investigados, al entrar en contacto con los aportes teóricos y con el estadio, experimentaron dificultades que se extendieron hasta el inicio de carrera. Sin embargo, la convivencia en un ambiente colaborativo de aprendizajes e intercambios de experiencias, los instrumentalizaron paulatinamente para enfrentar los desafíos inherentes a la profesión. Por lo tanto, los resultados apuntaron que los sujetos tienen ciencia de los desafíos de la profesión y percibe la importancia de la reflexión sobre la práctica para que alcance los significados de su profesión y se vea como productor de saber como agente de interacciones humanas.Este artigo objetiva conhecer a contribuição da academia para o percurso docente enfocando os dilemas e desafios de professores que experienciam a profissão nos anos inicias da educação básica. Os autores que sustentam o estudo discutem sobre formação de professores que envolvem saberes docentes, formação inicial e profissional, dilemas da profissão, professor reflexivo e identidade profissional. A metodologia utilizada foi as Narrativas de Formação, que trabalha pontualmente com percursos pessoais e coletivos de educadores.  Os resultados apontaram que os sujeitos pesquisados, ao entrar em contato com os aportes teóricos e com o estagio, vivenciaram dificuldades que se estenderam até o inicio de carreira. Porém, o convívio em um ambiente colaborativo de aprendizagens e trocas de experiências, os instrumentalizaram paulatinamente para enfrentar os desafios inerentes à profissão.
