Analysis of pathological manifestation stemming from excess humidity in FNDE standard polysports courts in the municipality of Piripiri-PI

Resumo: The present work aimed to survey and identify the pathologies present in FNDE (National Fund for Education Development) Standard Multisports Courts, existing in the city of Piripiri-PI. Through the visual inspection method, it was investigated the symptoms and possible causes of the manifestations observed in the buildings under study, as well as the necessary mitigating measures to solve or solve such problems. The lack of periodic maintenance of these structures is a worrisome factor, since their quality and durability are directly related to the appearance of such manifestations. Due to these and other factors, it is necessary to elaborate a project with caution and use good quality materials, always worrying about the appearance of problems arising from errors in execution, design, or indiscriminate use of available space. The present work was based on visual inspection, photographic records, and architectural designs of 03 FNDE standard multi-sports courts. From the data collected, it was found that the main pathologies observed are associated with moisture problems caused mainly by water infiltration. Among the main manifestations observed can be cited the corrosion, fissures, cracks, splits and morphing in the masonry. Periodic and specialized maintenance is essential for the conservation of buildings, as well as their conscious use.

Mediante el método de inspección visual, se investigaron los síntomas y las posibles causas de las manifestaciones observadas en los edificios objeto de estudio, así como las medidas paliativas necesarias para resolver o solucionar dichos problemas. La falta de mantenimiento periódico de estas estructuras es un factor preocupante, ya que su calidad y durabilidad están directamente relacionadas con la aparición de tales manifestaciones. En función de estos y otros factores, es necesario elaborar un proyecto con cautela y emplear materiales de buena calidad, preocupándose siempre por la aparición de problemas originados por errores de ejecución, proyecto o uso indiscriminado de los espacios disponibles. El presente trabajo fue basado en la inspección visual, registros fotográficos y diseños arquitectónicos de 03 pistas polideportivas, norma FNDE. De los datos recogidos se desprende que las principales patologías observadas están asociadas a problemas de humedad causados principalmente por infiltraciones de agua. Entre las principales manifestaciones observadas cabe citar la corrosión, fisuras, grietas, grietas y morfaduras en la mampostería. El mantenimiento periódico y especializado es esencial para la conservación de los edificios, así como su uso consciente.O presente trabalho objetivou o levantamento e identificação de patologias presentes em Quadras Poliesportivas Padrão FNDE (Fundo Nacional de Desenvolvimento da Educação), existentes na cidade de Piripiri-PI. Através do método de inspeção visual, investigaram-se os sintomas e as possíveis causas das manifestações observadas nas edificações em estudo, bem como as medidas mitigadoras necessárias para sanar ou dirimir tais problemas. A falta de manutenção periódica dessas estruturas é um fator preocupante, visto que a qualidade e durabilidade das mesmas possui relação direta com o aparecimento de tais manifestações. Em função desses e de outros fatores, faz-se necessário elaborar um projeto com cautela e empregar materiais de boa qualidade, sempre se preocupando com o surgimento de problemas oriundos de erros de execução, projeto ou uso indiscriminado dos espaços disponíveis. O presente trabalho foi embasado em inspeção visual, registros fotográficos e projetos arquitetônicos de 03 quadras poliesportivas, padrão FNDE. A partir dos dados levantados, constatou-se que as principais patologias observadas estão associadas a problemas de umidade ocasionados principalmente por infiltração de água. Dentre as principais manifestações observadas podem ser citadas a corrosão, fissuras, trincas, rachaduras e mofo na alvenaria.
