Resumo: The scale of involvement with work has been reported as a significant predictor of various outcomes in the workplace. However, there is limited empirical evidence about the instrument with an association of behavioral results. Therefore, the objective of this study was to evaluate the factor structure of the involvement with the work of workers in different work situations. 504 Brazilian workers participating in organizations or in teleworking participated in the study. After analyzing the data, it was observed that the factorial structure of the scale measure is consistent and proved to be invariable when evaluating it in the samples with the specific work situation. Thus revealing consistent psychometric indicators, confirmed by the analysis of the t test. Thus, such results enable the development of psychosocial intervention practices when it is intended to invest in the development and behavioral and emotional maintenance of workers both in the initiation and in the maintenance of work actions.

Sin embargo, existe evidencia empírica limitada sobre el instrumento con una asociación de resultados conductuales. Por tanto, el objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar la estructura factorial de la implicación con el trabajo de los trabajadores en diferentes situaciones laborales. En el estudio participaron 504 trabajadores brasileños que participan en las organizaciones o en el teletrabajo. Luego de analizar los datos, se observó que la estructura factorial de la medida de la escala es consistente y resultó invariable al evaluarla en las muestras con la situación laboral específica. Revelando así indicadores psicométricos consistentes, confirmados por el análisis de la prueba t. Así, tales resultados posibilitan el desarrollo de prácticas de intervención psicosocial cuando se pretende invertir en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de los trabajadores conductuales y emocionales, tanto en la iniciación como en el mantenimiento de las acciones laborales.A escala de envolvimento com o trabalho tem sido relatada como um preditor significativo de vários desfechos no local de trabalho. Todavia, há evidências empíricas limitadas sobre o instrumento com associação de resultados comportamentais. Por isso, o objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a estrutura fatorial do envolvimento com o trabalho de trabalhadores em diferentes situações de trabalho. Participaram do estudo 504 trabalhadores brasileiros atuando presentes nas organizações ou em teletrabalho. Após a análise dos dados, observou-se que a estrutura fatorial da medida da escala é consistente e se revelou invariável ao avaliá-la nas amostras com a especificidade situação de trabalho. Revelando, assim, indicadores psicométricos consistentes, confirmados pela análise do teste t.
