Atuação da enfermagem na assistência a perda gestacional

Resumo: | Objective: The objective of the present study is to evaluate nursing performance in assisting pregnant women with risk factors for pregnancy loss. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review study, with the aim of enabling the analysis of relevant research to support better decision-making in clinical practice and nursing care. In the final sample of the research, 05 articles were included through the investigation carried out, as they presented answers to the objectives of this review. Discussion: In the studies evaluated, a lack of assistance aimed at women in situations of fetal loss was noticed and observed, as there is still no priority attention to health actions, which can be identified in the scarcity of health activities aimed at this care. In this perspective, professionals who work in direct obstetric care for women in situations of fetal loss are included, as well as those who carry out their work in the maternal and child area, in maternity wards or in so-called rooming-in units. Among these, the role of the nurse stands out, a professional qualified to provide assistance through nursing care. Conclusion: Therefore, it is suggested that health professionals turn their attention to this type of case, providing actions, lectures, training courses, scientific studies, and the exchange of knowledge and especially life experiences, not only between health professionals, but between patient and professional. |

Metodología: Se trata de un estudio integrador de revisión de la literatura, con el objetivo de posibilitar el análisis de investigaciones relevantes para apoyar una mejor toma de decisiones en la práctica clínica y la atención de enfermería. En la muestra final de la investigación se incluyeron 05 artículos a través de la investigación realizada, ya que presentaron respuestas a los objetivos de esta revisión. Discusión: En los estudios evaluados se constató y observó una falta de asistencia dirigida a las mujeres en situación de pérdida fetal, ya que aún no hay atención prioritaria a las acciones de salud, lo que se puede identificar en la escasez de actividades de salud dirigidas a esa atención. En esta perspectiva se incluyen los profesionales que trabajan en la atención obstétrica directa a la mujer en situación de pérdida fetal, así como aquellos que desarrollan su labor en el área materno infantil, en salas de maternidad o en las denominadas unidades de alojamiento conjunto. Entre estos se destaca el papel del enfermero, profesional capacitado para brindar asistencia a través de los cuidados de enfermería. Conclusión: Por lo tanto, se sugiere que los profesionales de la salud vuelquen su atención hacia este tipo de casos, brindando acciones, charlas, cursos de capacitación, estudios científicos y el intercambio de conocimientos y sobre todo experiencias de vida, no sólo entre profesionales de la salud, sino entre paciente y profesional.Objetivo: O objetivo do presente estudo é avaliar a atuação da enfermagem na assistência à gestante com fatores de risco para a perda gestacional. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo de revisão integrativa da literatura, com o intuito de possibilitar a análise das pesquisas relevantes para o suporte de uma melhor tomada de decisão na prática clínica e de assistência de enfermagem. Na amostra final da pesquisa foi incluído 05 artigos através da investigação realizada, por apresentarem respostas aos objetivos da presente revisão. Discussão: Nos estudos avaliados foi percebido e observado a carência da assistência voltada para mulheres em situação de perda fetal, pois, ainda não há uma atenção prioritária das ações de saúde, o que pode ser identificado na escassez de atividades de saúde voltadas para esse cuidado. Nessa perspectiva, inserem-se os profissionais que atuam na assistência obstétrica direta a mulheres em situação de perda fetal, bem como aqueles que desenvolvem seu trabalho na área materno-infantil, em maternidades ou nas chamadas unidades de alojamento conjunto. Dentre esses, destaca-se a atuação do enfermeiro, profissional habilitado a prestar assistência por meio do cuidado de Enfermagem.
