Resumo: | Objective: In order to characterize the actions and protocols in the State and Municipality of São Paulo in confronting the new Coronavirus (Sars-Cov-2), we conducted a literature review looking for public actions or policies, protocols and action plans aiming at a better post-pandemic prognosis of Covid-19, we conducted a literature review looking for public actions or policies, protocols and action plans aiming at a better post-pandemic prognosis for Covid-19. Methodology: We chose to survey articles published in Portuguese, between January 2020 and July 2020, on the database platforms BIREME, LILACS, Virtual Health Library (VHL), and Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO) using the following descriptors: “Covid-19”, “public policies” and “protocols”. Discussion: The emergence of containing the spread of the disease led to the implementation of restrictive measures, such as home isolation of suspected cases and quarantine of home contacts, but also social distance in the entire population, as well as the closing of schools and universities as well as the use of masking required. Results: The role of the nurse and the entire medical team was essential and vital for coping with the pandemic after guidelines from WHO and MS in Brazil. The study presented is relevant in that it summarizes the main actions and protocols published on the State and Municipality of São Paulo in the fight against this pandemic unprecedented in the 21st century. |

Metodología: Optamos por encuestar los artículos publicados en portugués, entre enero de 2020 y julio de 2020, en las plataformas de bases de datos BIREME, LILACS, Biblioteca Virtual en Salud (BVS) y Biblioteca Electrónica Científica en Línea (SciELO) utilizando los siguientes descriptores: “Covid-19”, “políticas públicas” y “protocolos”. Discusión: La emergencia para contener la propagación de la enfermedad llevó a la implementación de medidas restrictivas como el aislamiento domiciliario de los casos sospechosos y la cuarentena de los contactos domiciliarios, pero también el distanciamiento social en toda la población, así como el cierre de escuelas y universidades así como el uso. se requiere enmascaramiento. Resultados: El papel de la enfermera y de todo el equipo médico fue fundamental y vital para hacer frente a la pandemia según las directrices de la OMS y la EM en Brasil. El estudio presentado es relevante en cuanto resume las principales acciones y protocolos publicados sobre el Estado y Municipio de São Paulo en la lucha contra esta pandemia sin precedentes en el siglo XXI.Objetivo: No intuito de caracterizar as ações e protocolos no Estado e Município de São Paulo no enfrentamento ao novo Coronavírus (Sars-Cov-2), realizamos uma revisão de literatura buscando por ações ou políticas públicas, protocolos e planos de ação visando um melhor prognóstico pós-pandemia do Covid-19. Métodologia: Optou-se pelo levantamento de artigos publicados em português, no período entre janeiro de 2020 e julho 2020, nas plataformas de base de dados BIREME, LILACS, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), e Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO) utilizando-se os seguintes descritores: “Covid-19”, “políticas públicas” e “protocolos”. Discussão: A emergência de conter o avanço da doença fez com que fossem implantadas medidas restritivas tais como o isolamento domiciliar de casos suspeitos e quarentena de contatos domiciliares, mas também o distanciamento social em toda a população, bem como o fechamento de escolas e universidades bem como uso obrigatório de máscaras. Resultados: A atuação do enfermeiro e de toda equipe médica foi essencial e vital para o enfretamento da pandemia após orientações da OMS e do MS do Brasil.
