Resumo: This paper’s objective is to present a mapping of part of the brazilian scientific research that discusses the interrelationships between children’s literature and mathematic, aiming the teaching of later. For that, varied databases were consulted as research sources, among them the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations. (BDTD) IBICT and the Thesis Bank of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), among others. This bibliographic research aims to understand how children’s literature can contribute to mathematic learning, in a way that can favor the construction of mathematical concept by kids of primary education. According to the analyzes, it is possible to conclude that Children's Literature can contribute, for mathematical learning, towards the creation of learning contexts, mobilization of student’s interest, favoring communication and comprehension of reality, in addition to enabling mathematical lenguage to be worked together with the  mother tongue and facilitate the notations that help in solving problems, which demonstrates that children’s literature constitute an important tool in the teaching and learning of mathmatics.

Para ello, se consultaron diferentes bases de datos como fuente de búsqueda, entre ellas la Biblioteca Digital Brasileña de Tesis y Disertaciones (BDTD) IBICT y el Banco de Tesis de la Coordinación para el Perfeccionamiento del Personal de Educación Superior (CAPES), entre otros. Esta investigación bibliográfica tiene como objetivo comprender cómo la literatura infantil puede contribuir al aprendizaje de las matemáticas, de modo que pueda favorecer la construcción de conceptos matemáticos por parte de los niños en la educación infantil y en los primeros años de la escuela primaria. Según el análisis, es posible concluir que la literatura infantil puede contribuir, para el aprendizaje matemático, para la creación de contextos de aprendizaje, movilización del interés de los estudiantes, favoreciendo la comunicación y comprensión de la realidad, además de posibilitar el trabajo del lenguaje matemático junto con la lengua materna y facilitar las notaciones que ayudan en la resolución de problemas, lo que demuestra que la Literatura Infantil es una herramienta importante en la enseñanza y aprendizaje de las Matemáticas.O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar um mapeamento de parte da produção científica brasileira que discute as inter-relações entre Literatura Infantil e Matemática, visando o ensino da segunda. Para tanto foram consultadas diferentes bases de dados como fonte de busca, dentre elas a Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD) IBICT e o Banco de Teses da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES), entre outras. Esta pesquisa bibliográfica visa compreender como a Literatura Infantil pode contribuir para a aprendizagem da Matemática, de modo que possa favorecer a construção de conceitos matemáticos pelas crianças da educação infantil e dos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental.
