Education and systematization of nursing care for psychosocial care

Resumo: | This article aims to present an integrative literature review conducted in August 2019, on the bases PubMed, LILACS, BDENF, ERIC, Scielo including articles available in full, published between the years 2015 to 2019. To identify the use of permanent health education in the construction and application of the systematization of nursing care in psychosocial care centers. 482 articles were found, 05 articles were selected that deal with the theme of the study and fit the inclusion criteria. After reading and analyzing, two categories emerged: Permanent Education in Health to elaborate / build care in Mental Health and Permanent Education in Health to promote reflection / professional knowledge. Despite the high number of occurrences of articles in the various databases dealing with the themes of Mental Health, Systematization of nursing care and permanent education, Permanent Education in Health was not found as a process for the elaboration, implementation or maintenance of Systematization of Health Care Mental Health Nursing, but as a space for discussion and reflection of professional identity, empowerment of psychiatric nursing and qualification of nursing care provided in mental health. None of the articles dealt with community health services or another substitute device in psychosocial care. |

Para identificar el uso de la educación permanente en salud en la construcción y aplicación de la sistematización de la atención de enfermería en centros de atención psicosocial. Se encontraron 482 artículos, se seleccionaron 05 artículos que abordan el tema del estudio y se ajustan a los criterios de inclusión. Después de leer y analizar, surgieron dos categorías: Educación permanente en salud para elaborar / desarrollar la atención en salud mental y Educación permanente en salud para promover la reflexión / conocimiento profesional. A pesar de la gran cantidad de artículos publicados en las diversas bases de datos que tratan los temas de Salud Mental, Sistematización de la atención de enfermería y educación permanente, la Educación Permanente en Salud no se encontró como un proceso para la elaboración, implementación o mantenimiento de la Sistematización de la Atención Médica Enfermería en salud mental, pero como un espacio para el debate y la reflexión de la identidad profesional, el empoderamiento de la enfermería psiquiátrica y la calificación de la atención de enfermería brindada en salud mental. Ninguno de los artículos trataba sobre servicios de salud comunitarios u otro dispositivo sustituto en la atención psicosocial.Este artigo tem por objetivo apresentar uma revisão integrativa de literatura realizada em agosto de 2019, nas bases PubMed, LILACS, BDENF, ERIC, Scielo incluindo artigos disponíveis na íntegra, publicados entre os anos de 2015 a 2019. Para identificar o uso da educação permanente em saúde na construção e aplicação da sistematização da assistência de enfermagem dos centros de atenção psicossocial. Foram encontrados 482 artigos, foram selecionados 05 artigos que versam sobre a temática do estudo e se enquadram nos critérios de inclusão. Após leitura e análise surgiram 2 categorias: Educação Permanente em Saúde para elaborar/construir o cuidado em Saúde Mental e, Educação Permanente em Saúde para promover reflexão/conhecimento profissional. Apesar do alto número de ocorrências de artigos nas diversas bases de dados versem sobre os temas de Saúde Mental, Sistematização da assistência de enfermagem e educação permanente, não foi encontrado Educação Permanente em Saúde como processo para elaboração, implementação ou manutenção da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem em Saúde Mental, mas sim, como espaço de discussão e reflexão da identidade profissional, empoderamento da enfermagem psiquiátrica e qualificação da assistência de enfermagem prestada em saúde mental.
