Resumo: | This article starts from the experience of situations of violence against children in a pediatric institution of a medium and high complexity of the SUS that serves chronically ill children and adolescents. It aims to analyze an intersectoral approach as one of the strategies in the children care of with this profile of illness and who experience situations of intrafamily violence. This is an exploratory and descriptive study, using analysis in medical records and data collection in compulsory notification forms from the Information System and Notifiable Diseases (SINAN). The period of the research was from September 2017 to September 2018. The results known the occurrence of important referrals to the social assistance network, however the access of these families was sometimes hampered, and the returns received by the referred institutions were few. |

Tiene como objetivo analizar la intersectorialidad como una de las estrategias en el cuidado de los niños con este perfil de enfermedad y que viven situaciones de violencia intrafamiliar. Se trata de un estudio exploratorio, documental y descriptivo, utilizando análisis en historias clínicas y recolección de datos en formularios de notificación obligatoria del Sistema de Información y Enfermedades Notificables (SINAN). El período de investigación fue de septiembre de 2017 a septiembre de 2018. Los resultados revelan la ocurrencia de derivaciones pertinentes a la red de asistencia social, sin embargo el acceso de estas familias en ocasiones se vio obstaculizado y las instituciones referidas recibieron pocas devoluciones.Este artigo parte da experiência das situações de violência contra crianças num ambulatório pediátrico de uma unidade de média e alta complexidade do SUS que atende à crianças e adolescentes com condições crônicas de saúde. Tem como objetivo analisar a intersetorialidade como uma das estratégias no atendimento de crianças com este perfil de adoecimento e que vivenciam situações de violência intrafamiliar. Trata-se de estudo exploratório, documental e descritivo, utilizando análise em prontuários e coleta de dados em fichas de notificação compulsória do Sistema de Informações e Agravos de Notificação (SINAN). O período da pesquisa foi setembro de 2017 a setembro de 2018.
