Resumo: | This study aimed to analyse possible training needs of higher education teachers (HE) of Accounting Sciences, for the use of active methodologies with game elements as tool didactic-pedagogical. This is a qualitative research, whose data were obtained through a questionnaire applied to a group of professors working at a University located in the North region of Paraná. For data analysis, the precepts of Discursive Text Analysis (ATD) were used, which made it possible to infer that the researched sample recognizes its training needs in order to better equip itself so that its teaching practice is adequate to the demands of the accounting profession. They showed interest in participating in continuing pedagogical training courses that address the concepts of gamification and the possible applications in the scope of the subjects they teach, considering the possibilities and benefits brought to the teaching and learning process with the application of this strategy. |

Se trata de una investigación cualitativa, cuyos datos fueron obtenidos a través de un cuestionario aplicado a un grupo de profesores que actúan en una Universidad ubicada en la región Norte de Paraná. Para el análisis de los datos se utilizaron los preceptos del Análisis de Texto Discursivo (ATD), lo que permitió inferir que la muestra investigada reconoce sus necesidades de formación a fin de equiparse mejor para que su práctica docente sea adecuada a las exigencias de la profesión contable. Mostraron interés en participar de cursos de formación pedagógica continua que aborden los conceptos de gamificación y las posibles aplicaciones en el ámbito de las materias que imparten, considerando las posibilidades y beneficios que trae al proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje con la aplicación de esta estrategia.Este estudo objetivou analisar possíveis necessidades formativas de professores do Ensino Superior (ES) de Ciências Contábeis, para o uso de metodologias ativas com elementos de jogos como ferramenta didático-pedagógica. Esta é uma pesquisa de cunho qualitativo, cujos dados foram obtidos por meio de um questionário aplicado a um grupo de professores atuantes em uma Universidade da Rede Pública de Ensino, localizada na região Norte do Paraná. Para análise dos dados utilizou-se os preceitos da Análise Textual Discursiva (ATD), a qual possibilitou depreender que, que a amostra pesquisada reconhece a necessidade de aprimorar seus conhecimentos e de melhor se instrumentalizar para que seu exercício da docência seja mais adequado às demandas da profissão contábil.
