Connections between teacher and student actions in a planned Mathematics class with games

Resumo: In this paper we present the results of a research that analyzed a Mathematics class planned with games, for students of the 7th year of Elementary School, which originated from the following questions: What the teacher and the students do, in fact, in mathematics classes planned by means of games and what categories describe their actions? What connections can be made between teacher and student actions in such classes? The methodological procedures were based on Content Analysis. Emerged from the analyzes eighteen categories of teacher actions and fifteen of student actions. Regarding the possible connections between the teacher actions and the student actions the results indicated that in classes planned with games the actions carried out by the teacher present, in some moments, connections with the actions carried out by the students. But the connection does not imply causality, that is, a certain teacher action does not necessarily condition, induce or originate certain student action.

But the connection does not imply causality, that is, a certain teacher action does not necessarily condition, induce or originate certain student action.En este artículo presentamos los resultados de una investigación que analizó clases de matemáticas planeada con juegos, para estudiantes del séptimo año de la escuela primaria, que se originaron a partir de las siguientes preguntas: lo que lo hacen los maestros y los estudiantes, de hecho, em clases de matemáticas planeadas con los juegos y qué categorías describen tus acciones? ¿Qué conexiones se pueden establecer entre las acciones del maestro y los estudiantes a través de dicha planificación? Los procedimientos metodológicos se basaron en el análisis de contenido. Emergió de los análisis dieciocho categorías de acciones de professores y quince categorías de acciones estudiantiles. En cuanto a las posibles conexiones entre las acciones de los maestros y los estudiantes, los resultados que logramos indican que en las clases planificadas con juegos, las acciones realizadas por el profesor, a veces, demuestran conexiones con las acciones realizadas por los estudiantes. Pero la conexión no implica en causalidad, es decir, una cierta acción de enseñanza no condiciona, induce o origina necesariamente ciertas acciones de los estudiantes.Neste artigo apresentamos os resultados de uma pesquisa que analisou uma aula de Matemática planejada com jogos, para alunos do 7º ano do Ensino Fundamental, a qual se originou das seguintes questões: O que o professor e os alunos fazem, de fato, em aulas de Matemática planejadas com jogos e quais categorias descrevem suas ações? Que conexões podem ser estabelecidas entre as ações do professor e dos alunos mediante tal planejamento? Os procedimentos metodológicos foram baseados na Análise de Conteúdo. Emergiram das análises dezoito categorias de ações docentes e quinze de ações discentes. Quanto às possíveis conexões entre as ações docentes e discentes, os resultados que alcançamos indicam que em aulas planejadas com jogos as ações realizadas pelo professor apresentam, em alguns momentos, conexões com as ações realizadas pelos alunos.
