Booklets on mental health care and promotion in the COVID-19 pandemic as health education tools: scope review

Resumo: | The expansion of health education to managers, health professionals and the general population in the face of isolation or social distance, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the digital booklet as an educational technology for the promotion and care of mental health. This research is a scope review to map the booklets made available and shown by studies found in national and international databases and databases, and to perform a knowledge gap analysis. 21 booklets were identified in this research addressing topics such as anxiety, stress, anger, confusion, suicide, psychotropic drugs, palliative care, mental health promotion and care, guidelines for treatments and available support, intersectoral actions, physical and multisensory exercise practices and the self care. Only three booklets were built and validated by expert judges. We emphasize the importance of validation studies to ensure the adherence of the target audience and the conduction of studies that evaluate adherence to the proposals of the booklets in the promotion and care of mental health. |

Esta investigación es una revisión de alcance para mapear los folletos disponibles y mostrados por estudios encontrados en bases de datos y bases de datos nacionales e internacionales, y para realizar un análisis de brechas de conocimiento. En esta investigación fueron identificados 21 cuadernillos que abordan temas como ansiedad, estrés, ira, confusión, suicidio, psicofármacos, cuidados paliativos, promoción y cuidado de la salud mental, orientaciones de tratamientos y apoyos disponibles, acciones intersectoriales, prácticas de ejercicio físico y multisensorial y el cuidados personales. Solamente tres cartillas fueron desarrolladas y validadas por jueces expertos. Destacamos la importancia de los estudios de validación para asegurar la adhesión del público objetivo y la realización de estudios que evalúen la adhesión a las propuestas de las cartillas en la promoción y cuidado de la salud mental.A ampliação da educação em saúde aos gestores, profissionais de saúde e população em geral no enfrentamento do isolamento ou do distanciamento social, ocasionados pela pandemia da COVID-19, a cartilha digital como uma tecnologia educativa para a promoção e cuidados em saúde mental. Esta pesquisa trata-se de uma revisão de escopo para mapear as cartilhas disponibilizadas e mostradas por estudos encontrados em bases e bancos de dados nacionais e internacionais, e fazer uma análise de lacuna do conhecimento. Identificou-se 21 cartilhas nesta pesquisa abordando temas como ansiedade, estresse, raiva, confusão, suicídio, psicofármacos, cuidados paliativos, promoção e cuidados em saúde mental, orientações para tratamentos e apoios disponíveis, ações intersetoriais, práticas de exercícios físicos e multissensoriais e o autocuidado. Apenas três cartilhas foram construídas e validadas por juízes especialistas.
