Resumo: | Medical Ethics has been increasing its focus on the formal study and analysis of ethical and moral problems encountered in medical practice. The objective of this work was to discuss the importance of ethics in the relationship between physicians and other health professionals. This is a descriptive study, carried out through a narrative review of literature from 2019 to 2023. 14 articles were selected as the corpus of analysis. The ethical principles for resolving conflicts in the hospital work environment involve the development of social skills such as communication, problem solving, cooperation, empathy and assertiveness. The use of the mediation process in the prevention, management and resolution of conflicts in the health area and, in particular, in the areas of competence of clinical, medical and hospital management, brings numerous organizational benefits. |

El objetivo de este trabajo fue discutir la importancia de la ética en la relación entre médicos y otros profesionales de la salud. Se trata de un estudio descriptivo, realizado a través de una revisión narrativa de la literatura de 2019 a 2023. Se seleccionaron 14 artículos como corpus de análisis. Los principios éticos para la resolución de conflictos en el ámbito laboral hospitalario involucran el desarrollo de habilidades sociales como la comunicación, resolución de problemas, cooperación, empatía y asertividad. La utilización del proceso de mediación en la prevención, gestión y resolución de conflictos en el área de la salud y, en particular, en las áreas de competencia de la gestión clínica, médica y hospitalaria, trae numerosos beneficios organizacionales.A Ética Médica vem aumentando o seu foco sobre o estudo formal e análise dos problemas éticos e morais encontrados na prática médica. O objetivo desse trabalho foi discutir a importância da ética no relacionamento entre médicos e os demais profissionais da saúde. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, realizado por meio de uma revisão narrativa de literaturas nos anos de 2019 a 2023. Foram selecionados 14 artigos como corpus de análise. Os princípios éticos para a resolução de conflitos no ambiente de trabalho hospitalar perpassam pelo desenvolvimento de habilidades sociais como a comunicação, a resolução de problemas, cooperação, empatia e assertividade.
