“Taking care of those who care”: experiences of the Education through Work for Health Program – Interprofessionality

Resumo: | This report aims to share the experience lived in the Education through Work for Health Program (PET-Saúde) Interprofessionality in a Family Health Strategy (FHS) team from the city of Governador Valadares (GV), Minas Gerais, with focus on the care of health professionals working in this FHS. Situational diagnosis and Situational Strategic Planning (PES) were carried out, covering respectively: survey and prioritization of problems; explanatory, normative, strategic and tactical-operational moment, in order to achieve the objective image of “Improving care for ESF professionals”. The interventions carried out were: workshops and integrative dynamics with health professionals; construction and distribution of the booklet on worker health care; elaboration of a letter to the health managers of the city. As a result of these activities, the following stand out: the effective dissemination of information about the service network to workers in this municipality. This helped the workers to become active in this process, and for the creation of bonds between health workers, providing an improvement in the care with the service users. |

This helped the workers to become active in this process, and for the creation of bonds between health workers, providing an improvement in the care with the service users.Este informe tiene como objetivo compartir la experiencia del Programa Interprofesional de Educación para la Salud a través del Trabajo (PET-Saúde) con un equipo de Estrategia de Salud de la Familia (ESF) del municipio de Governador Valadares (GV), Minas Gerais, con un enfoque en la atención a los profesionales de la salud trabajando en este ESF. Se realizó el Diagnóstico Situacional y la Planificación Estratégica Situacional (PSA), cubriendo respectivamente: una encuesta y priorización de problemas; Momento explicativo, normativo, estratégico y táctico-operativo, con el fin de lograr la imagen objetiva de “Mejora de la atención con los profesionales de la ESF”. Las intervenciones realizadas fueron: talleres y dinámicas integradoras con profesionales de la salud; construcción y distribución de un folleto sobre la atención de la salud de los trabajadores; elaboración de una carta a los gestores sanitarios municipales. Como resultado de estas intervenciones, se destacan: la difusión efectiva de información sobre la red de servicios a los trabajadores de este municipio. Esto contribuyó a que los trabajadores se convirtieran en sujetos activos de este proceso, y a la creación de vínculos entre los trabajadores de la salud, proporcionando una mejora en la atención brindada a los usuarios del servicio.Este relato visa compartilhar a experiência vivenciada no Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho para a Saúde (PET-Saúde) Interprofissionalidade com uma equipe de Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF) do município de Governador Valadares (GV), Minas Gerais, com foco no cuidado aos profissionais de saúde atuantes nessa ESF. Foram realizados o diagnóstico situacional e o Planejamento Estratégico Situacional (PES), abrangendo respectivamente: levantamento e priorização dos problemas; momento explicativo, normativo, estratégico e tático-operacional, a fim de atingir a imagem-objetivo de “Melhoria do cuidado com os profissionais da ESF”. As intervenções realizadas foram: oficinas e dinâmicas integradoras com os profissionais de saúde; construção e distribuição da cartilha sobre cuidados com a saúde do trabalhador; elaboração de uma carta aos gestores da saúde do município. Como resultado dessas intervenções, destaca-se: a divulgação efetiva das informações sobre a rede de serviços ao trabalhador desse município.
