Resumo: Analyze the scientific production about risk factors for developing postpartum depression. This study is an integrative literature review, carried out in the period from August to September 2020, The search was carried out through the Virtual Health Library (VHL) platform, using the LILACS, MEDLINE and databases through the Google Scholar Portal, the following descriptors were used to collect bibliographic data: “Risk factors”; "Depression"; “Postpartum”, combined with the operator by clicking “AND”. The literature points out that the risk factors for developing postpartum depression are: age, low economic income, low schooling, conflicting marital relationship, psychiatric history, alcohol and drug use, domestic violence, previous abortions, lack of religion , complicated previous births, family conflicts and teenage pregnancy after the baby is born. It was evidenced in the study that several social, physical and emotional aspects that influence the triggering of postpartum depression, as well as the repercussions that this pathology can cause both in the mother's life, in her mother-baby and conjugal relationship, causing a whole disorder in the family and psychosocial scope.

Este estudio es una revisión integradora de la literatura, realizada en el período de agosto a septiembre de 2020, La búsqueda se realizó a través de la plataforma Biblioteca Virtual en Salud (BVS), utilizando las bases de datos LILACS, MEDLINE y a través del portal Google Scholar, se utilizaron los siguientes descriptores para recopilar datos bibliográficos: “Factores de riesgo”; "Depresión"; "Posparto", combinado con el operador haciendo clic en "Y". La literatura señala que los factores de riesgo para desarrollar depresión posparto son: edad, bajos ingresos económicos, baja escolaridad, relación marital conflictiva, antecedentes psiquiátricos, consumo de alcohol y drogas, violencia doméstica, abortos previos, falta de religión , partos previos complicados, conflictos familiares y embarazos en la adolescencia después del nacimiento del bebé. Se evidenció en el estudio que diversos aspectos sociales, físicos y emocionales que influyen en el desencadenamiento de la depresión posparto, así como las repercusiones que esta patología puede ocasionar tanto en la vida de la madre, en su madre-bebé y en la relación conyugal, provocando un conjunto trastorno en el ámbito familiar y psicosocial.Analisar a produção científica acerca dos fatores de risco para desenvolver depressão no pós-parto. O presente estudo trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada no período de agosto e setembro de 2020, A busca realizou-se por meio da plataforma da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), utilizando as bases de dados LILACS, MEDLINE e por meio do Portal Google Acadêmico, para efetuar a coleta de dados bibliográficos utilizou-se os seguintes descritores: “Fatores de risco”; “Depressão”; “Pós-parto”, combinados com o operador booleando “AND”. A literatura aponta que os fatores de risco para desenvolver depressão no pós-parto são: a idade, baixa renda econômica, baixa escolaridade, relação conjugal conflituosa, antecedentes psiquiátricos, uso de álcool e drogas, violência doméstica, abortos anteriores, falta de religião, partos anteriores complicados, conflitos familiares e gravidez na adolescência, após o nascimento do bebê.
