Resumo: | Objective: To report the experience of nursing academics in the construction of an organofunctional diagnosis of the warehouse of a health center. Method: This is a descriptive study, with qualitative approach, of the type of experience report, conducted during the practical classes of the curricular component “Management and Management of Health Services and Nursing”, degree in nursing, from a University in the State of Pará. Results and Discussions: The importance of the management process and the quality of services for the continuous improvement and optimization of results was highlighted. Where it is necessary to map and identify the processes carried out, in order to search for possible non-conformities, to carry out continuous analyzes, to use methodologies, in order to carry out the changes in a controlled and strategic manner, seeking the solution of the problems encountered. Conclusion: Therefore, with the construction of the diagnosis, it was possible to know the demands of the service and the importance of quality management for the good functioning of the sector, helping in the teaching and learning process of academics. |

Método: Estudio descriptivo, con enfoque cualitativo, del tipo de informe de experiencia, realizado durante las clases prácticas del componente curricular "Gestión y Gestión de Servicios de Salud y Enfermería", del Curso de Pregrado en Enfermería, de un Universidad del Estado de Pará. Resultados y Discusiones: Se destacó la importancia del proceso de gestión y la calidad de los servicios para la mejora continua y la optimización de los resultados. Donde sea necesario mapear e identificar los procesos realizados, para buscar posibles no conformidades, realizar análisis continuos, utilizar metodologías, para llevar a cabo los cambios de forma controlada y estratégica, buscando la solución de los problemas encontrados. Conclusión: Por tanto, con la construcción del diagnóstico, se pudo conocer las demandas del servicio y la importancia de la gestión de la calidad para el buen funcionamiento del sector, ayudando en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de los académicos.Objetivo: Relatar a experiência de acadêmicos de Enfermagem na construção de um diagnóstico situacional no almoxarifado de um centro de saúde. Método: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa, do tipo relato de experiência, realizado durante as aulas práticas do componente curricular “Gestão e Gerenciamento dos Serviços de Saúde e de Enfermagem”, do Curso de Graduação em Enfermagem, de uma Universidade no Estado do Pará. Resultados e Discussões: Foi perceptível a importância do processo de gestão e qualidade dos serviços para a melhoria contínua e otimizando os resultados. Onde é necessário mapear e identificar os processos executados, afim de buscar possíveis inconformidades, realizar análises contínuas, utilizar metodologias, a fim de realizar as mudanças de uma forma controlada e estratégica, buscando a solução dos problemas encontrados.
