The evaluation of the learning of the students of the Bachelor's degree in Executive Secretariat: a perception by the norms

Resumo: The present research investigated and identified the perception of the evaluation concept used by IFMT through the laws, rules and institutional resolutions, the evaluation process of the Bachelor's Degree in Executive Secretariat of the IFMT Campus Cuiabá was also analyzed. Thus, there was a bibliographic and documentary survey on the process of assessing learning in relation to national laws and standards. Analyzing the evaluation process regulated by the IFMT, verifying its resolutions and general guidelines, investigating and exploring the perception of evaluation of the pedagogical project of the course presented. The research was developed with the objective of identifying the perception of learning assessment through the IFMT rules and regulations. She also intends to collaborate with the learning evaluation process adopted in the Bachelor Course in Executive Secretariat of Campus Cuiabá / IFMT. In the end, it was concluded that the IFMT has a conception of dialogical, formative, procedural and continuous evaluation, which presupposes the contextualization of the knowledge and activities developed and is in accordance with the current rules and legislation. It was suggested, with the research, a reformulation of the Pedagogical Course Project (PPC) with a focus on improving and clarity of the evaluation process to be in accordance with the guidelines of the didactic organization of the institution. Thus, the student will be able to perceive the general and local overview of the evaluation process, having clarity in the PPC of the methods and instruments used for its evaluation, being able to reflect and plan his studies with more autonomy.

Así, se realizó una encuesta bibliográfica y documental sobre el proceso de evaluación del aprendizaje en relación con las leyes y estándares nacionales. Analizar el proceso de evaluación regulado por el IFMT, verificando sus resoluciones y lineamientos generales, investigando y explorando la percepción de evaluación del proyecto pedagógico del curso presentado. La investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo de identificar la percepción de la evaluación del aprendizaje a través de las normas y reglamentos del IFMT. También se propone colaborar con el proceso de evaluación de aprendizajes adoptado en la Licenciatura en Secretaría Ejecutiva del Campus Cuiabá / IFMT. Al final, se concluyó que el IFMT tiene una concepción de evaluación dialógica, formativa, procedimental y continua, que presupone la contextualización de los conocimientos y actividades desarrolladas y se ajusta a la normativa y legislación vigente. Se sugirió, con la investigación, una reformulación del Proyecto del Curso Pedagógico (PPC) con un enfoque en la mejora y claridad del proceso de evaluación para estar acorde con los lineamientos de la organización didáctica de la institución. Así, el alumno podrá percibir el panorama general y local del proceso de evaluación, teniendo claridad en el PPC de los métodos e instrumentos utilizados para su evaluación, pudiendo reflexionar y planificar sus estudios con más autonomía.A presente pesquisa investigou e identificou a percepção do conceito de avaliação utilizada pelo IFMT através das legislações, normas e resoluções institucionais, também foi analisado o processo avaliativo do Curso de Bacharelado em Secretariado Executivo do IFMT Campus Cuiabá. Desse modo, houve a realização de um levantamento bibliográfico e documental sobre o processo de avaliação da aprendizagem em relação às legislações e normas nacionais. Realizando-se analise do processo de avaliação regulamentado pelo IFMT, verificação de suas resoluções e orientações gerais, investigação e exploração da percepção de avaliação do projeto pedagógico do curso apresentado. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida com o objetivo de identificar a percepção de avaliação da aprendizagem através das normas e regulamentações do IFMT. Ela também pretende colaborar com o processo de avaliação da aprendizagem adotado no Curso de Bacharelado em Secretariado Executivo do Campus Cuiabá/IFMT. Ao final, concluiu-se que o IFMT tem uma concepção de avaliação dialógica, formativa, processual e contínua, o que pressupõe a contextualização dos conhecimentos e das atividades desenvolvidas e está de acordo com as normas e legislações vigentes. Sugeriu-se, com a pesquisa, uma reformulação do Projeto Pedagógico do Curso (PPC) com foco na melhora e clareza do processo avaliativo para estar de acordo com as orientações da organização didática da instituição.
