Resumo: The article analyzes decoloniality and ecological epistemology with emphasis on the nonhuman as emancipation from hegemonic scientific thought. Methodologically, the article results from a bibliographical research and discussions during the epistemology discipline, in the master's course in anthropic studies in the Amazon. It has as sources the bibliography mainly Enrique Dussel and Boa Ventura de Sousa Santos with analysis based on the bibliographic systematic narrative. Theoretically, it is inspired by the studies of João Batista Santiago Ramos about the human utopia, restricting this text to the notion of the ecology of knowledge in the anthropic perspective as a need to overcome the colonialist perspective of knowledge production, and thus, to promote reflections on the deconstruction of hegemonic discourses and practices from Europe. It can be understood that it is necessary to extend the gaze beyond cultures, including the non-human point of view and include them as subjects of knowledge, counteracting this ontological dualism of modern science.

Research, Society and Development2020-03-19info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/269310.33448/rsd-v9i5.2693Research, Society and Development; Vol. 9 No. 5; e08952693Research, Society and Development; Vol. 9 Núm. 5; e08952693Research, Society and Development; v. 9 n. 5; e089526932525-3409reponame:Research, Society and Developmentinstname:Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)instacron:UNIFEIporhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/2693/2301Copyright (c) 2020 Gleibson Nascimento Silvahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSilva, Gleibson do NascimentoRocha, Carlos José Trindade daRamos, João Batista Santiago2020-08-20T18:06:36Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/2693Revistahttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/indexPUBhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/oairsd.articles@gmail.com2525-34092525-3409opendoar:2024-01-17T09:27:11.205359Research, Society and Development - Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)false
