Resumo: | The present study takes as object of study the contribution of the Educational Advisor in the interpersonal relations between the faculty, students and families. In order to analyze the importance of the presence of the Educational Advisor in the schools of the SEB group - Brazilian Educational System in Bahia, whose project was submitted and approved by the Research Ethics Committee of UFBA (Federal University of Bahia). The research was carried out in four schools in Bahia, three in the municipality of Salvador and one in the municipality of Lauro de Freitas. We opted for the exploratory qualitative approach. Thus, a semi-structured interview was conducted as research devices. From the basic question about what the faculty, student and family think about the work of the Educational Advisor? For that, the contributions of Grinspun (1994/2010) were searched as theoretical framework; CONCEIÇÃO, (2010); Giacáglia and Penteado (2010); Morin (2010), with current information and of extreme relevance to the studied subject, providing the enrichment of the research with scientific foundation. The results pointed out that the work of the Educational Guidance in the context of the different units of the private school investigated, was characterized by a pedagogical dimension much more comprehensive, having its functions demarcated and valued. This professional has a mediating role with the other educators, acting together with all the actors of the school to facilitate interpersonal relationships, in the rescue of a more effective and reflexive action, aiming to qualify education in the school units, making them conscious individuals, reflective and respectful of differences and collectivity. |

Con el objetivo de analizar la importancia de la presencia del Orientador Educativo en las escuelas del grupo SEB - sistema Educativo Brasileño en Bahía, cuyo proyecto fue sometido y aprobado por el Comité de Ética en Investigación de la UFBA (Universidad Federal de Bahía). Se realizó la investigación en cuatro escuelas de Bahía, tres en el municipio de Salvador y una en el municipio de Lauro de Freitas. Se optó por el enfoque cualitativo exploratorio. Así, se realizó una entrevista semiestructurada como dispositivos de investigación. A partir de la cuestión básica acerca de lo que piensa el cuerpo docente, discente y familia acerca del trabajo del Orientador Educativo? Para ello, se buscó como marco teórico las contribuciones de Grinspun (1994/2010); CONCEPCIÓN, (2010); Giacáglia y peinado (2010); Morin (2010), con informaciones actuales y de extrema relevancia a la temática estudiada, proporcionando el enriquecimiento de la investigación con fundamentación científica. Los resultados apuntaron que el trabajo de la Orientación Educativa en el contexto de las distintas unidades de la escuela particular investigada, se caracterizó por una dimensión pedagógica mucho más amplia, teniendo sus funciones demarcadas y valorizadas. Este profesional posee un carácter mediador junto a los demás educadores, actuando en conjunto con todos los actores de la escuela para facilitar las relaciones interpersonales, en el rescate de una acción más efectiva y reflexiva, buscando calificar la educación en las unidades escolares, haciéndolas individuos conscientes, reflexivos y respetuosos con las diferencias y la colectividad.O presente trabalho, toma-se como objeto de estudo a contribuição do Orientador Educacional nas relações interpessoais entre o corpo docente, discente e famílias.
