Resumo: The representation of cultural issues in the open educational resources (OER) is very important, because in addition to meeting the premises of the REAs, favoring reuse and content quality, it contributes to a more open and inclusive education by representing the cultural contexts of students and teachers in REAs. The purpose of this research is to present a case study on the design of multicultural open educational resources (REAM) using a support model to represent cultural issues during the design process. For this research a qualitative-quantitative approach was used, having as strategy a case study in the accomplishment of a design experiment in workshop format with 18 students and 1 professor of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Mato Grosso - Campus São Vicente, in which educational videos were produced, using REAM Metamodel as support. Data analysis showed that workshop participants understood the need to represent cultural issues in educational resources and recognized the utility and relevance of REAM Metamodel in the design of REAMs.

El objetivo de esta investigación es presentar un estudio de caso sobre el diseño de recursos educativos abiertos multiculturales (REAM) utilizando un modelo de apoyo para la representación de cuestiones culturales durante el proceso de diseño. Para esta investigación se utilizó un abordaje cuali-cuantitativo, teniendo como estrategia un estudio de caso en la realización de un experimento de diseño en formato de taller con 18 alumnos y 1 profesor del Instituto Federal de Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología de Mato Grosso - Campus São Vicente, en el que se produjeron videos educativos, utilizando el REAM Metamodel como apoyo. Los análisis de los datos mostraron que los participantes del taller comprendieron la necesidad de representar cuestiones culturales en recursos educativos y reconocieron la utilidad y la relevancia del REAM Metamodel en el diseño de REAM.A representação de questões culturais nos recursos educacionais abertos (REA) é de fundamental importância, pois além de atender as premissas dos REAs, favorecendo o reuso e a qualidade de conteúdo, contribui para uma educação mais aberta e inclusiva ao representar os contextos culturais de alunos e professores nos REAs. O objetivo desta pesquisa é apresentar um estudo de caso sobre o design de recursos educacionais abertos multiculturais (REAM) utilizando um modelo de apoio para a representação de questões culturais durante o processo de design. Para esta pesquisa utilizou-se uma abordagem quali-quantitaiva, tendo como estratégia um estudo de caso na realização de um experimento de design em formato de oficina com 18 alunos e 1 professor do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Mato Grosso - Campus São Vicente (IFMT), no qual foram produzidos vídeos educativos, utilizando o REAM Metamodel como apoio.
