Resumo: The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has influenced the behavior of all individuals, especially those who are in direct contact with infected people. Nursing professionals play an important role in coping with COVID-19. However, nursing needs adequate and safe working conditions, with access to personal protective equipment for their protection. This study aimed to gather urgent and long-term strategies that can be adopted to promote the health of these professionals.

Los profesionales de enfermería juegan un papel importante en el manejo de COVID-19. Sin embargo, la enfermería necesita condiciones de trabajo adecuadas y seguras, con acceso a equipos de protección personal para su protección. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo reunir estrategias urgentes y a largo plazo que puedan adoptarse para promover la salud de estos profesionales.O impacto da pandemia da COVID-19 tem influenciado no comportamento de todos os indivíduos, principalmente àqueles que estão em contato direto com pessoas infectadas. Os profissionais de enfermagem desempenham um importante papel no enfrentamento da COVID-19.
