Foods to institutional market of school meals: a study based on publics calls

Resumo: The objective is making to analyze the profile of foods of farming family, through the public calls to the national school feeding program. Method: was aplicate a transverse quantitative and descritive analyze of public calls, available in sites of public accounts and sites of municipalities in the state of pará. The study happened the online way during august 2019 to january 2020. Although was realize 34 downlods of public calls of 24 counties of Metropolitan region of Belém, year of 2017, 2018 and 2019. Results: after analyze the food more solicitated was a cabbage. In group of fruits and pulp fruits the points more frequent are guava, acerola, cupuaçu, passion fruit and açai. Besides in group of vegetables highlight cabbage, pumpkin, cheiro verde and cariru. The macaxeira and sweet potato are highlight in group of cereal, chestnut, tubercle and roots. Conclusion: thus, is possible say that the foods more solicited can characterized like of vegetables origin, in natura and minimally processed, what promove security food and nutritional to students, furthermore encourage a farming family.

Métodos: Se aplicó un análisis transversal cuantitativo descriptivo de datos secundarios (convocatorias públicas), disponible en los sitios web del tribunal de cuentas municipal y sitios web de los gobiernos municipales (portal de transparencia). La investigación se realizó en línea entre agosto de 2019 y enero de 2020, con la descarga de 34 convocatorias públicas de 24 municipios, perteneciente a la región metropolitana de Belém, para los años 2017, 2018 y 2019. Resultados: Luego del análisis se observó que el alimento más solicitado fue el repollo. En el grupo de frutas y pulpas, los ítems más frecuentes fueron guayaba, acerola, cupuaçu, maracuyá y açaí. En la categoría de hortalizas se destacan la col, la calabaza, el olor verde y el cariru. Predominaron los alimentos de origen vegetal, y en relación al nivel de procesamiento, los alimentos in natura y mínimamente procesados fueron mayoritarios. También se observó la presencia de alimentos de la sociobiodiversidad. Conclusión: en definitiva, los alimentos más solicitados se caracterizan por ser de origen vegetal, y niveles de elaboración: in natura y mínimamente procesados, favoreciendo la seguridad alimentaria y nutricional de los escolares y fomentando el fomento de la agricultura familiar.Tem como objetivo realizar, um levantamento do perfil dos alimentos oriundos da agricultura familiar, a partir das chamadas públicas, para o Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar.  Métodos: Foi aplicada uma análise transversal quantitativa descritiva dos dados secundários (chamadas públicas), disponíveis nos sites do Tribunal de Contas dos Municípios e sites de prefeituras municipais (portal da transparência). A pesquisa ocorreu de forma on line no período de agosto de 2019 e janeiro de 2020, sendo realizado o download de 34 editais de chamadas públicas de 24 municípios, pertencentes a região intermediária de Belém, referentes aos anos de 2017, 2018 e 2019.  Resultados: Observou-se que o alimento mais solicitado foi a couve. No grupo das frutas e polpas os itens mais frequentes foram a goiaba, acerola, cupuaçu, maracujá e açaí. No grupo das hortaliças e verduras, destaca-se, a couve, abóbora, cheiro verde e cariru. Quanto a presença de alimentos classificados quanto ao nível de processamento, os in natura e minimamente processados foram a maioria. Observou-se também a presença de alimentos da sociobiodiverdade.
