Resumo: The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic in the year 2020, which led to the need for social isolation, caused changes in food systems, as well as consumer relations. Therefore, the objective of this work consisted in the systematization and analysis of the offer of organic products at Feira do Bom Pastor, located in the municipality of Juiz de Fora - MG, during the pre and post pandemic period of COVID-19. Data from the fair and MOGICO online baskets were collected from January 2019 to May 2021. In 2021, there were a total of eight fairgrounds and 15 stalls, as there are marketers who have up to four stalls to market their products. products. It is worth noting that there is a uniformity in the offer of products in the period studied, as among the 54 products offered, 31 are available throughout the year, with a variety of vegetables (fruits and vegetables). Before the COVID-19 pandemic, there was no collective marketing of organic products among marketers, in the form of baskets at home. As a result of COVID-19, which started in March 2020, the fairs were suspended and from then on, the fairs organized themselves in order to collectively market their products in the form of an online basket. The creation of the website for commercialization provided producers with a new way to sell their products amid the continuity of the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to making them more hopeful and motivated to improve organic production planning.

Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este trabajo consistió en la sistematización y análisis de la oferta de productos orgánicos en Feira do Bom Pastor, ubicada en el municipio de Juiz de Fora - MG, durante el período pre y post pandemia de COVID-19. Los datos de la feria y las cestas online de MOGICO se recogieron desde enero de 2019 hasta mayo de 2021. En 2021 hubo un total de ocho recintos feriales y 15 puestos, ya que hay comercializadores que tienen hasta cuatro puestos para comercializar sus productos. Cabe señalar que existe una uniformidad en la oferta de productos en el período estudiado, ya que de los 54 productos ofertados, 31 están disponibles durante todo el año, con variedad de hortalizas (frutas y hortalizas). Antes de la pandemia del COVID-19 no existía la comercialización colectiva de productos orgánicos entre los comercializadores, en forma de canastas a domicilio. A raíz del COVID-19, que inició en marzo de 2020, las ferias fueron suspendidas y a partir de entonces las ferias se organizaron con el fin de comercializar colectivamente sus productos en forma de canasta online. La creación del sitio web para la comercialización brindó a los productores una nueva forma de vender sus productos en medio de la continuidad de la pandemia del COVID-19, además de hacerlos más ilusionados y motivados para mejorar la planificación de la producción orgánica.O surgimento da pandemia de COVID-19 no ano de 2020, que levou a necessidade do isolamento social, fez com que sistemas alimentares sofressem modificações, bem como as relações de consumo. Assim sendo, o objetivo deste trabalho consistiu na sistematização e análise da oferta de produtos orgânicos na Feira do Bom Pastor, localizada no município de Juiz de Fora – MG, durante o período pré e pós pandemia de COVID-19. Realizou-se a coleta dos dados da feira e das cestas online da MOGICO no período de janeiro de 2019 a maio de 2021. Em 2021, havia um total de oito feirantes e 15 barracas, pois existem feirantes que possuem até quatro barracas para comercializar seus produtos. Vale destacar que há uma uniformidade da oferta de produtos no período estudado, pois dentre os 54 produtos ofertados, 31 ficam disponíveis durante o ano todo, com diversidade de hortaliças (frutas, legumes e verduras). Antes da pandemia de COVID-19, não havia a comercialização dos produtos orgânicos de forma coletiva entre os feirantes, na modalidade de cestas em domicílio. Em decorrência da COVID-19, iniciada em março de 2020, as feiras foram suspensas e partir de então os feirantes se organizaram de modo a comercializar coletivamente seus produtos na forma de cesta online.
