School health program and the alignment of actions in the prevention of coronavirus

Resumo: | The Health and Prevention in Schools Program was designed and implemented by the Ministry and aims to guarantee the approach to specific health topics. Currently, in addition to the 12 actions already recommended, actions on “Health promotion and prevention to COVID-19” have been included. The objective of this study was to understand how the actions of the School Health Program are carried out in the prevention of coronavirus. This is a qualitative research carried out in July 2020. Teachers from a basic education school in the Western Frontier of Rio Grande do Sul participated in the research. Data collection was performed using an online form. The survey was approved under registration number 3,704,100. 17 teachers participated, among which 15 are female and two male. Regarding the articulation between health and schools in the territory, the teachers said that the development of 12 actions or more is recommended. During the pandemic period, teachers changed the focus of the program's actions and addressed issues related to Covid-19, and teachers are also preparing materials with Coronavirus Prevention tips and tips to make the quarantine lighter and healthier. From the analyzes raised, we realized that the Covid-19 Pandemic transformed the pedagogical methodology of the schools, mainly of the school that was the object of research, since Remote Education enabled a continuity in the integration with the activities developed by the Program. |

Actualmente, además de las 12 acciones ya recomendadas, se han incluido acciones de “Promoción de la salud y prevención de COVID-19”. El objetivo de este estudio fue comprender cómo se llevan a cabo las acciones del Programa de Salud Escolar en la prevención del coronavirus. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa realizada en julio de 2020. Participaron docentes de una escuela de educación básica en la Frontera Occidental de Rio Grande do Sul. La recolección de datos se realizó mediante un formulario en línea. La encuesta fue aprobada con el número de registro 3.704.100. Participaron 17 docentes, de los cuales 15 son mujeres y dos hombres. En cuanto a la articulación entre salud y escuelas en el territorio, los docentes dijeron que se recomienda el desarrollo de 12 acciones o más. Durante el período de la pandemia, los maestros cambiaron el enfoque de las acciones del programa y abordaron problemas relacionados con Covid-19, y los maestros también están preparando materiales con consejos y sugerencias para la prevención del coronavirus para hacer que la cuarentena sea más ligera y saludable. A partir de los análisis planteados, nos dimos cuenta de que la Pandemia Covid-19, transformó la metodología pedagógica de las escuelas, principalmente de la escuela objeto de investigación, ya que la Educación Remota posibilitó una continuidad en la integración con las actividades desarrolladas por el Programa.O Programa Saúde e Prevenção nas Escolas foi elaborado e implementado pelo Ministério e tem o intuito garantir a abordagem de temas determinados em saúde. Atualmente, além dos 12 ações já preconizadas, foram inseridas as ações sobre “Promoção da saúde e prevenção à COVID-19”. O objetivo deste estudo foi conhecer como são realizadas as ações do Programa de Saúde na Escola na prevenção do coronavírus. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa realizada no mês de julho de 2020. Participaram da pesquisa professores de uma escola de ensino básico na Fronteira Oeste do Rio Grande do Sul. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de um formulário online. A pesquisa foi aprovada sob o número de registro 3.704.100. Participaram 17 professores, dentre os quais 15 são do sexo feminino e dois do sexo masculino. No que refere-se a articulação entre a saúde e as escolas do território, os professores referiram que é preconizado o desenvolvimento de 12 ações ou mais. No período da pandemia, os professores mudaram o foco das ações do programa e abordaram temas relacionados ao Covid-19, ainda, os professores, estão preparando materiais com dicas de Prevenção ao Coronavírus e dicas para tornar a quarentena mais leve e saudável.
