Resumo: | Queues are present in different social spaces and are organized with the intention of staggering, individually and linearly, subjects who are in search of some service, attendance or to enter a room. These temporary training courses are governed by institutional or social conventions and also regularly present in schools. The purpose of the article is to understand the occurrence of queues in school life. The study was carried out using Henri Lefebvre's regressive-progressive method. The production of the research material came from literary texts, images and reports from the school. Its appropriation and restitution took place in the historical-genetic conversation put to fragments of this material. The study points out that the queue is constituted as a non-contemporary practice reproduced in school daily life, and that its occurrence is protected by tradition and antiquity, preserving control, surveillance, fragmentation, hierarchies, classifications, exclusions, silencing and so many other influences that have already been criticized and refuted. |

Estas formações temporárias, regidas por convenções institucionais ou sociais, também estão presentes regularmente nas escolas. O objetivo do artigo é compreender a ocorrência das filas no cotidiano escolar. O estudo foi realizado com o uso do método regressivo-progressivo de Henri Lefebvre, a produção do material de pesquisa foi proveniente de textos literários, imagens e relatos da escola, e sua apropriação e restituição se deram na conversação histórico-genética posta a fragmentos deste material.
