Resumo: According some research about impulsive purchase behavior and or compulsive, this behavior can arise or be associated with the stress of the workplace. In view of this premise, the present study aim to contribute to the investigation of relationship between Burnout and compulsive purchasing behavior. For data collection was applied an online survey, resulting in a sample consisting of 273 respondents; for data analysis was used structural equation and AMOS software. The results contradict the obvious, it was identified that the increased exhaust inhibits the desire to strike a balance through the shopping. This study also contributes identifing that the consequences of burnout syndrome go beyond the work environment, influencing the willingness of people to perform even activities that reduce stress, such as make purchases. Por meio de uma pesquisa survey, com amostra de 273 pessoas. O tratamento dos dados foi realizado com o software AMOS e análise de equações estruturais.
