Resumo: This study proposes the use of the theoretical-methodological lens of practices as an (alternative) way to deepen and exploreunderstandings about learning processes in New Organizational Forms (NOF). The lens of practice expands the understanding oflearning in NFO through a procedural and relational perspective, explored in this essay from the perspective of Gherardi, Nicolini, Strati and Latour. It is about understanding knowledge as a constant happening, where knowledge is inherent to action and, therefore, temporary, produced, reproduced and transformed in each practice. The practice offers an onto-epistemological alternative that allows exploring the know-how in the weaving of practices produced by the actors, fruit of the nexus of relations and actions in flux. The use of practice to understand learning in organizational forms that escape the mainstream of business is possible through the understanding of organization as organizing, understanding that structures arise from relationships, and as such, as they arise they are also dismantled, bringing thus the idea of flow and point into organizational studies. Unlike theoretical lenses marked by systemic orthodoxy, the perspective of practice allows access to nuances that drive learning processes in collectives constituted by the NFO, shifting the focus from the ‘why’ to the ‘how’ the relationships are aggregated and produce knowledge. Practice-Based Studies provide a look at the subjectivities of organizational life, supporting NFO management from the understanding that the structure arises from relationships and is shaped by those that are established in them.
