Resumo: This article concerns the right to personal identity and its differentiation with other rights of the person, such as name, image, the right to privacy, honor and information. However, the debate on the limits and the intrinsic content of the rights of the person is still maintained, because originally there was significant confusion about the existential interests of the human being.
